After long debates with Cohorted team via Paypal (they was saying that I received the box, even though the tracking info said that box has been returned to the business, meanwhile their customer service wasn't responding to any of my emails, nice job guys! ) I gave them a second chance and ordered October box, which came awful.. Almost all of the products does not suit me, and skincare? I thought Cohorted is all about make-up? Long story short, with this attitude towards your customers (not responding, not resolving issues, lying to them, as it was in my case), I don't know how crazy people should be to subscribe to your 35 pounds boxes, cause you won't return money easy, you won't take any responsibility if the box will come broken, or it will be stolen, or it won't come at all. It's just very sad that great idea is spoilt with the people who work in your company and poor job they do.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a pallette and beauty box on 17th August. It is 15th October and I have still not received my box. Noone has taken responsibility to my issue and have had to repeatedly tweet cohorted with little response. I cannot explain how appalled I am with the service. I am disgusted, and my issue has still not been resolved.

Not happy. My neighbour took in my delivery and when I got it the bottom of the box looked like it had been kicked in (presumably during deliver, not by my elderly neighbour!). When I checked the contents the mirror was smashed on my HD Brows pallette and there was bits of glass in the actual product. I have emailed Cohorted twice (Sunday and Tuesday) and contacted them via Twitter but no response. There is no telephone number on the website so I am unable to talk to anyone direct. It is very frustrating. I love the other two products in my order though thanks.

My second box (last of the £20 monthly boxes) was quite disapointing for me. Too much of one brand. With the brand being one I wouldn't ever purchase it meant that it dominated my opinion of the box. I much prefer a good mix of things- both type and brand of product. I'm not signing up to the subscription service as I have no interest in full sized products. I would rather pay less and get samples as I can try all sorts of new things then as opposed to outright buying products blindly. I'll keep an eye out though to see how the company grows and changes

The box was good value. However, three of the items were bare minerals. A good brand but variety would be preferred. I feel the boxes need to change it up more. The crate nail varnish was just not my thing and will be going straight to my niece

Loved the beauty box. But I did not recurve full order. I tried to send messages via website with no response. I finally got a response on Facebook to say they would sort out the rest of my order, that was over two weeks ago. Really disappointed.

Better than most of the boxes available on the market however I was expecting more. Not really fun of getting shower gels. I was expecting only make-up and high quality skin-care products. All the rest of brands were great.

Very poor delivery-it took almost a month after dispatch date for my order to arrive and it arrived incomplete, I still don't have part of it (ordered in August, despatched on the 9th of September, not received till late December and now in October I am still missing part of it). I have contacted customer service several times and they don't give me a concrete response. The products however are great and the beauty box is great value, I like the concept but I might not buy again due to the hassle I've had to go through.

Seemed a good idea until a random selection of products turn up. The colours of the eyeshadows were colours I would have never used. Fake tan-yuk. Brands I had never heard of. Complete waste of money.

Really disappointed with October's beauty box - after some fab boxes this is heavily weighted towards bare minerals and it would have been good to get other brands. Think the new subscription box looks fab but just a bit too expensive for me

Very unhappy and have many issues. The first box I bought from Cohorted was the July box. An item arrived damaged and used so I tweeted and sent them an email and a message on instagram requesting a replacement or refund. No response but a week later I received a replacement box. I figured they'd just sent me a replacement but no courtesy of a response. Two days later, I received an email asking me to return the 2nd box as it was sent in error and that they would refund my postage - I saw all over Facebook that other people hadn't yet received theirs, presumably because they had messed up the order and sent some people it twice! I responded confirming I would return the 2nd box as did not want to deprive people that had paid of receiving one but would still like a refund for my damaged one. No response, no thanks (we're now in October!) and still no refund for my postage or damaged item. On the 01/10/15 I bought the subscription for the black and white box. Payment for both was taken from my account, there was no mention as to when the subscription would start so I assumed it started there and then. I am yet to receive either box or dispatch notification. Their website states dispatch is within 1 working day - 6 working days later and nothing! Somebody has suggested that this is for November.. seeing as this is a subscription that means on the 01/11 I would have made 2 payments for both boxes and still wouldn't have received one box as the monthly boxes take over a week to arrive! I have emailed and alas.. no response!!! POOR POOR customer service and business practice.

I received my first box in September! Absolutely love the products. All high quality and a perfect combination! Absolutely gutted I missed out on October's box! This is the must have coveted beauty subscription box!!!

Best beauty box ever! A lovely selection of high end brands you have actually heard of and usually full size! Last month I got a Nars lip pencil ????! Basically worth the price of the box alone, plus 3 other great products. Have also received some beautiful eye shadows in the past. Easy to use website, quick and reliable delivery and good customer service! Would highly recommend Cohorted to anyone looking for a high end beauty box.

I regularly shop with Cohorted, both for their amazing beauty boxes and other bits and bobs and I can't recommend them highly enough. Premium brands that are great value for money and there are often little extras included in each package!
