“They are a great company, that give fantastic customer service , there's always someone on hand if you need help, great prices to suit every pocket, delivery is always quick and although I've never needed to return anything the returns policy is easy to sort, on th whole Incan thoroughly recommend cohorted to anyone”

“I've always loved trying out new beauty products but the market is so full of enticing products it's a minefield to know what to choose and affordability limits your choice. Cohorted boxes give me all this for such good value. I get really excited when one of their beauty boxes is due and can't wait to try out the products. I haven't been disappointed yet and have discovered a new world of products. Packaging is classy and also good to give as a gift, if you can bear to part with it. Customer service is amazing and very responsive. In summary, it's the most exciting thing I've found..”

“I love the selection of products and love that it is brand focused so you can try many items from the same brand, which is especially nice if it is one you know nothing about. My only issue is that every other month I have to e-mail to remind you to send the box. I am in the Us. In all fairness you forget one month and then send it out early the next month. The forget and need an e-mail sent the following month. Given the regularity I am guessing it is a computer/programmatic issue rather than actual forgetting. Aside from that I am delighted with the box.”

“All the boxes are very different and great! Particularly if you like skincare. They are fantastic value and if you are like me, you will find favourites you go on to buy regularly. I actually get excited when I know my box is due. I’ve been a member for 4 years. The customer service is good, if you have any problems an email to them get things sorted.”
