“The make up product was a beautiful wearable colour and the shampoo tri was just right for spring-summer transition...I took mine on holiday...it's perfect!!! And the too faced mascara remover as amazing for getting off my waterproof mascara!!! 10/10”

“Back to 5 products this month, after last month only receiving 4. The products all appear great although it’s a shame they don’t take details of what your needs are, receiving volumizing shampoo & conditioner for my extremely thick hair means I won’t actually have any use of them, also received the exact same shade of Huda gloss 2 months ago so bit disappointed with the repeat. Have been in two minds about cancelling for last couple of months and unfortunately this hasn’t swayed me to stay.”

“Products are not as high end as advertised and only suitable of you have a medium Caucasian skin colour. I am quite pale and almost all of the products I have been sent are unusable, and the ones that were usable were disappointing. The box is always delivered later than stated when you subscribe and the dispatch emails sent days in advance of receipt of parcel by Royal Mail. Have subscribed for 2 months so far and each time have received far too loads of emails full of excuses about why things aren't up to scratch. A product was even missing from last month's box (MAC mascara sample) - and they are compensating by putting something extra in the next box but that's unfair if you have paid for it and the previous box was your last or only box because you paid for that but didn't receive it. Subscription cancelled pending delivery of the next box. I'm sure my friends with 'normal coloured skin are looking forward to receiving everything I can't use.”

I have sent numerous emails to the customer service line but I have received no communication, just the automated message. The telephone number keeps cutting out and I feel like I have fallen for a scam!”

“I am a little disappointed because I received a Box with products too clear for me. Indeed, I have very dark black skin and this is not taken into account. I could not do contouring. But overall the products are good. I really appreciate.”
