“I have only had one box so far but am very impressed by it compared to the other ones. I have 4 other boxes coming to me every month, though I have to say they also deliver as they are much cheaper. I have only had one problem with one item but so far I am really happy. I hope there are not going to be a lot of shampoo and conditioner samples as those are usually not that great and count for two items. I plan on reviewing cohorted on my blog if I feel like I can continue to justify this amount of money for a beauty box :) Love, Gintare”

“High quality products. Good value for money. However, one month a product was missing. It was included in the next box, but then there was only 3 other products including a tiny sample size. I felt like there should have been more seeing as there was meant to be an "extra" included from the previous month.”

“Order my first box on February and was very pleased, however March didnt delivered products for £35.. magazine stated overpriced RRP and bare mineral sbrush so last season which not even sell in shops anymore. i am looking forward for next one great box.. if not i will unsubscribe as cohorted going downhill as i see.”

“I only got one box, so far, but I just love it. Only great products and for just 35ppm! You can always get products that you wouldn't buy for yourself, but you discover that they are just great and you will keep on buying them. I would love to get make up brushes more often, Mac lipsticks, Too Faced and The Balm products. So I guess that this is the box for me! Keep up with the good job!”

“A few things have disappointed me about this box-first of all I was billed twice before I even received one box, and also, the RRP's given for the contents were highly inflated, compared to the amount they actually go for online. This box was generally poor, given the price!”

“I signed up for this luxury high end beauty box at the end of February and they did take 2 payments within a few days of each other but they explained to me that it's a month in advance depending on when you sign up which was fine. I received my first box on the 10th March and I was very happy with the products I thought it was great value for money and I will continue with my subscription I can't wait to see what I get next month!!!. I also signed up for a fragrance box and was very pleased with this also although they did forget to put a card in my fragrance box. Overall fabulous service and had no issues regarding bad customer service as previous reviews state. Very happy customer x”

“I love the cohorted box , the entire concept is an amazing way to broaden your beauty range and experiment with top brands for a bargain price. My only criticism would be the repeat products that are occasionally sent out , I had two of the exact products in the exact shades sent to me on consecutive weeks which did make me question whether or not to cancel my subscription . Also there should be an option to pass over your appearance details to gain products more tailored to your appearance . For example I am light skinned and red haired so I don't think I suit many dark lipsticks etc . However at the same time I do admire this aspect in a way because it allows me to experiment with products I wouldn't normally purchase. Also I love the new sneak peaks they do , it makes me so excited for the next months instalment . I love their customer service in how they notify their customers about delivery and any unexpected changes. I loved my pallet by the balm that I received recently and think that I will be a cohorted member for a very long time . I LOVE COHORTED !!!!!! Thank you !!!”

“This subscription service is by far the best I have come across. I've tried the lot from the likes of Ipsy and birchbox. This is honestly the best one and most definitely worth it. You're not paying for cheap items here, the quality of products is remarkable!”

“Cohorted adjust your payments so that the are taken at the beginning of the month so you could end up paying for 2 in advance at the beginning. The customer service has been non-existent and I am still waiting for my March box to arrive”

“Too expensive for what you get. The boxes are late, products repeated, booklets missing. A product arrived 'late' last month so it was to be included this month, so a crappy alternative was provided. If a concealer/coverage product is included it won't even almost be the right shade. Just not worth it anymore especially for £35. Better off saving the money for a product I actually want.”

“once I had subscribed, my first £35 was taken out, then a few days later another £35 with no warning, after having spoken to customer service they said it changes to the 1st of every month, but there was nothing to say in their t&c's that this was the case, boxes keep coming late, no-one responds to emails, I always have to call repeatedly before getting to speak to a human being, no tracking information given although you are paying £35 each box! products aren't as good as they used to be, I have since unsubscribed please fix your customer service, it is terrible and is the MAIN reason for not continuing with you. if I'm paying £35 p/month, the service should be top notch other beauty box providers cost less and give EXCELLENT service, hence why I will continue giving my money to them instead”

“Had my first box and was excited. I get another box a third of the price and always impressed. They had substituted one of the nicer samples with a dive underarm dark hair hide . I'm blonde and it was a horrible product. Wasn't at all impressed with a tiny perfume sample, a Chanel liner / shadow which doesn't go in well and a very unsensational set of samples. To top it all I had an allergic reaction to the collagen eye pads. Not their fault but topped the fact no one respinded to my complaint. I'll wait to see if this box this month us better and if not I will cancel and ask for my money back. Not impressed yet. Expected something special”
