Started my subscription in october and was billed £34.99 was then billed a further £35 on the first of november and have not received 1 box, i have cancelled my subscription and am hoping my bank will help to make sure they take no further money from me and to help me get back my £70. Would have give 0 stars if possible. Feel like i have been scammed which is such a shame as i had such high hopes for this beauty box.

Which means, for example, if you subscribed in October, then your first box will be delivered in November. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your most recent payment in November will be for your beauty box in December. If you haven't already, please reach our care team on customerservice@cohorted.co.uk and they will get back to you as soon as possible and will be happy to help you here.

Did not receive the Urban Decay pencil - got instead an extra sample size which I could get for free at any Lancome store. Just cheap products - might as well join Birchbox. Had this box for 4 months now and every month is a different disappointment.

I have been really impressed with the products and the value of these boxes. It's so nice to have luxury products each month. I was particularly excited about the cargo palette in September's box and the Lica Cole products were amazing for the skin on my face.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I paid for my first box 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I had an email to say it had been dispatched by Royal Mail 3 days ago and it's still not arrived and the tracking number they provided was non existent! They took £35 out of my acccoubt and then another £35 before I had even received my first box. I feel like I am going to be spending a lot of time on the phone over the next few days!

Which means, for example, if you subscribed in September, then your first box will be delivered in October. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your payment in the previous month for this months beauty box. We dispatch all of our subscription boxes between the 5th & the 15th of each month. All parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Our Customer service team will contact you immediately to help you track your beauty box.
No sign of the Dior/Nars stuff on the adverts. I received a clear lip gloss, which I would never wear anyway, (they wouldn't know that as unlike other subscription boxes, they don't ask you anything about your preferences or hair colour, skin colour/tone etc). a brow tamer gel that I received a week ago from another subscription box that I pay £10 a month for, two sample size creams that would be handed out at any department store, a miniscule bottle of hair oil and an eyeshadow palette that again, I would never use. Complete and utter waste of money - I had high hopes for this box and it failed miserably to say the least.

Love cohorted beauty box, bit of an issue at start of subscription but now after a few months, I'm loving it. Some fantastic products inside and will continue to subscribe whilst I am getting value for price of subscription each month which is £35 a month.

I paid for a box on the 31st July £35 they then took a further £35 the following day, Iwas then told I would receive a box by 15th august it never arrived, after what feels like 100's of emails and phone calls to which you rarely get a response the phone number is always busy no one attempts to call you back! I have emailed to cancel and ask for a refund! £70...... I wouldn't bother with this beauty box unless you have money and time to throw away!

Really dissapointed with Cohorted boxes, out of the 4 I have only had 1x too faced product and 1x Nars. I have given away most of it and so dissapointed that the August box had 2 sample sizes, if I wanted samples I would have stuck with Birchbox. For £35 a month I don't feel you get the premium products you would expect and might as well stayed with glossybox for brands I didn't know. The delayed delivery is annoying as well, you pay about 3 weeks before you get it! Subscription cancelled and I won't be rushing back sorry to say as I had high hopes!

we are in August and i'm still waiting for the JUNE and JULY box. i keep sending emails but very late reply and my boxes did still not arrive. I would have expected you to feel ashamed for the miscommunication and make the delivery of the 2nd month in time....but here I am in August, still waiting for June and July boxes to arrive.... of course i canceled my subscription, this is not acceptable!

My first 2 boxes were ok... several products that were very nice, but didn't suit me (colours, fragrance) and I was pretty sure I would cancel my subscription, but waited for box #3 to be sure. Well that box - July 2017 - was fantastic! Love everything! Fashionable matte, long lasting orange lipstick; brilliant bronzer, contour kit, great mascara, just all brilliant, high quality products that I will actually use. Excellent value even considering the items in the past boxes that I didn't care for. At least those introduced me to new brands, so that's good too.

As someone who loves high end products but can't really afford them, I found the subscription box soooooooo affordable and I love that it sends me stuff thats trending and new things to try! Im a big fan of Nars, urban decay, Mac, Too faced and other products so getting this little box of joy each month gets me something to look forward to!
