I'm actually surprised to see all the reviews below, I've had occasions where my box didn't arrive but the guys at customer service would send another one out and I'd receive it in the next couple of days. The products overall are great, specially the lipsticks and the HD bow products I got (use them pretty much everyday) great quality, customer service are really friendly they respond quickly and always super helpful whenever I've had a problem.

I changed my address on my Cohorted profile before the dispatch date and my box was sent to my previous address. Contacted Cohorted and they replied that its my job to contact Royal Mail and its also my job to get my parcel from my previous address. Under the terms and conditions of Cohorted, it clearly states that your box needs to be signed on delivery.....Contacted the concierge in my previous address and they've said that the box hasn't arrived. Don't waste your time trying to phone Cohorted as the number is fake and if you try emailing customer service you will only get bad customer service. Glossy box is by far the best as they sent me my beauty box without any hassle. I even got a free treat as they did the same mistake by sending my box to my previous address.

I've had the worse possible service ever no apologies no one seemed to have call me back after calling and leaving 10 msgs, my box never arrived. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, never had a problem with GlossyBox or birch box who are very efficient and great. But Cohorted are going to lose a lot of customers due to this bad customer service experience

Very expensive - expected more for the money. Maybe I have been unlucky with this box so shall give it another couple of months before cancelling. I also am not too happy about the money being being debited a month before the box gets sent out although this is explained when subscribing.

Payment is made a month in advance for this box, which means you could (as I did) fork out £70 and still wait to receive anything.. however, this is explained at point of purchase. My last 2 boxes have been late and received very late in the month (still waiting on this month's). Contents grossly over valued (available much cheaper than cited in the magazine) and not new/ innovative. Not luxurious by any means. Website and information available so poor and a great disappointment. Have unsubscruled.

Cohorted is an absolute con!! I've been waiting 6 weeks now with nothing to show for it. They take the money but do not show up with the goods. I've spent £70 so far and not even so much as a lipstick to show for it. Don't bother.

I am absolutely shocked! I subscribed in September and they took £35 then and also have taken another £35 at the beginning of October. I have yet to receive any box and I have tried contacting them by email 5 times and I haven't received any replies. I feel like I've been scammed big time and no one is doing anything about it. I fell like I should report this. Never in my life have I seen such poor customer service. This company is nothing more than a scam. Still waiting for that box and the email replies. If I do not receive anything by the end of this week I will have to go to the bank and report this as fradulent.

This is my 2nd month with contorted and if they sent the boxes out as regularly as they take my payments I would be happy. September box was late and when it did arrive disappointing and not value for money. I received an email to advise Octobers would also be late and if no better this month in terms of products I will cancel and spend my £35 each month elsewhere. As a new customer I would have expected an additional item to apologise for the delay but that didn't happen.

Late deliveries, repetitive types of products. When I cancelled I have not received my final box or refund and getting hold of someone to talk to is impossible! Emails don't get replied to, worst customer service I have experienced.

Website doesn't allow me to update my payment details for the subscription box, I can't even log into my account anymore as the log in page refreshes itself every time I click "log in" all customer eservices told me to do was just delete my account... so unhelpful. The password reset doesn't send you a password change email either - Nobody at customer services responds, DISCUSTINGLY poor service from this company. Have had no end of issues.

They charged me twice for one month. within days of each other and they are not responding I am reporting all charges as fraudulent on my account since they refuse to respond to their emails. Have sent them 5 emails. No response. Last statement said I was fine till October 28th then they say they changed my payment date without telling me and without me asking for it and charged me again on October 1st. Livid at this joke of a company

I was pretty disappointed with these boxes from the jump but kept my subscription as I hoped they would improve; it was all TK Maxx tat and ridiculously tiny sample sizes but every subscription box has its off months, so I gave it a chance. I then finally cancelled in July after growing increasingly disenchanted but found myself receiving the August box! They had charged me again and sent it out - this one really took the cake with a measly 3ml mascara sample size and tacky looking hair products. Customer service was absolutely useless - I have sent them email after email with no response and at this point I suppose I'll be subscribed to them against my will for the rest of my life. Absolutely would not recommend.

i signed up to cohorted last month and received my first box in August, i have to say for the price i was really disappointed with a yellow nail polish, hair wipes and some face cream samples... not what i was expecting. It was awful if i really am honest. I am hoping September may be better, if not i will probably be cancelling as £35 is quite a lot of money and i could buy myself things i will use.

It's been over a week and I have not received a confirmation letter. Logging onto my account shows the order is still processing, not dispatched but money was taken from my account a while ago. I need it for my friends birthday present. Calling the customer service number gets no reply as no one is ever available and emailing the email provided also gets no results. I have also messages them on Facebook and no reply

I love getting beauty boxes. This was my first Cohorted box. I was a bit apprehensive as it's expensive. When I opened it, i could see immediately that it was well worth the money. The beauty products were fab, especially the make up brush. It's so lovely I'm just don't want to use it. The Nars eye pallet is so pretty and the colours are perfect for me. The eye cream is amazing too. The nail polish is lovely, the colour just isn't for me though I'm sure a friend would love it.

The August edition was my first from Cohorted, having changed from the lower/cheaper end beauty boxes, and it was beautiful! The items were all fabulous, especially the Nars limited edition eyeshadow. Unfortunately my box was missing a nail varnish, but once I'd spoken to customer services it was quickly sorted and I was sent one within a matter of days. I can't wait to recieve future boxes & I'm so happy I chose to spend my money wisely on this luxury beauty box instead xxx

Cohorted started off as a great beauty box and then they put up the price with the contents not matching up to the hype every month. Some months the boxes were great and some were such a disappointment which resulted in me cancelling the subscription.
