“The customer service is quick and friendly. I've only ever had one issue and it was resolved quickly. A product was damaged in transit and it was replaced with a new one. The beauty box is fantastic, brilliant products and a great variation, I love it!”

“I purchased the advent calendar so I knew most of the contents which was reassuring. There was one product in particular I wanted; the Kate Somerville Goat Milk moisturiser, so it was worth it for that alone. Only negative is that as a pre-order the payment was taken long before it was even dispatched which took a while and there was a lack of communication regarding this.”
