“January’s cohorted box is a absolute rip off DONOT purchase! They tell you the value of the box is £133 yet they’re basing that value on full size products and they give u tiny ones! Absolutely no makeup atall! Decembers made me think this was a great subscription but il defiantly be cancelling”

“Placed an order for a box in December to receive my first box in January. Despite receiving an email containing a tracking number I am yet to receive anything. The tracking number states that Royal Mail are still expecting the parcel from the sender. I have emailed Cohorted Customer Services who have stated that the box was dispatched on Friday 12th January, which is obviously not true. Customer services have now stopped responding to my emails after I suggested there was some untruths being told. The phone number on the bottom of the email response is a recorded answer phone service instructing you to leave an email address and someone will be in touch. At this point I've paid £35 for a box that hasn't been dispatched and £35 for next months box upfront. I'm beginning to feel like I may have been duped and wont be receiving anything. 6 emails to customer services and I'm no further forward.”

“First of all i am very upset for still not receiving my box even after email saying it has been shipped 6days ago,this is not ok with me considering the money are being taken a month in advance...second being subscribed to this “luxury “box for the past 6 month i have come to realize that the products in the boxes are not luxurious at all,in 6 months i almost have not received any of the well known name brands for example nars which is highly advertised on their main page and others but thanks God i have received 3 cargo make-up pallets!!! And 3 no name beauty blender and also lets not forget all the cream samples!!! It is quite ridiculous that i have payed £35 every month for the past 6 months just to get products i could of gotten with the £15 boxes..every month hoping that the next month will be better.Anyway i have wake up and i wont be paying anymore..”

“I returned my box on the 21st November for a refund and despite numerous emails saying I would have the refund in the next 10 days etc I still haven't received the refund. I sent the box back next day signed for and it's now been 7 weeks! It's a 2 minute job to issue a refund so I really can't understand what is taking so long. I have now been left with no option but to put a claim in through PayPal”

“I signed up for the beauty box from Ireland and was successfully getting charged for the beauty boxes, but as I later found out, you don't ship to Ireland, so I was promised full refunds. I have been billed for 4 boxes (Oct, Nov, Dec 2016, Jan 2017), but received only 2 refunds (in Dec and Feb). I have been communicating with the customer service team since January, and the last time I chased them was in July. No response so far... Would rather like to get that money back, to be honest.”

“I am so happy that I decided to buy Glow & Go Beauty Box!!! When I opened the box and quickly discovered what´s inside, I felt like it is Christmas again :) The box is full of luxury treats - I can´t imagine a better value for money, because more than half of all what´s inside the box, you get for free! It was so excited to google all the products (most of them were new brands for me, we do not have these in Finland), and I was even more excited to try almost all of them imiddiately. Thank you to Cohorted team for that Christmas comeback feeling :) :) :) And Happy New Year to all of you! :)”

“loved the huda gloss as i feel glosses are coming back in fashion and much more comfortable thab mattes. the emerald city pallete is amazingly pigmented. i will look forward to giving the eyeliner a go when my current pen runs out! i dont enjoy eyebrow products other than gels so i will pass that on.”

“Not the best box I had considering I already have some of the products from other beauty boxes, like the Huda Strobe in Ritz (exact same colour I got last month in LI box) and Eyeko eyeliner (have 3 or 4 at the moment from different beauty boxes) Not a big fan of Cargo eyeshadows, very powdry and not a good showoff or staying power on the eyes. Becca it's a good brand just not my kind of product since I never use creams in my brows. Resuming not a box I can say I love, was expecting much more specially cause it's a Christmas Box.”
