“Received first time and have to say impressed with all products, can't wait to try. Gutted about the mac mascara as although travel size would be nice to get all products as stated considering price of this box and also the wait we have had for it to arrive. Gutted also didn't receive my free extra gift for signing up. Have shared on group anyway and hopefully be able to share better box next month.”

“First month of buying the box alongside my mum and had terrible service. Was told it was an "attempted break in" although what does that have to do with the products? Very poor communication and from what i know so far very untruthful. Considering cancelling our boxes. Told we would receive a 'free' item in next months box as we lost out on a product which makes no sense as it was an "attempted break in" may i point out again. So i am unsure if we will receive one less item thsi month which means next months item isnt exactly 'free' as they say, it will be in actual fact an item they OWE us.”

“20 March no box Been given a shipment number but cannot track 5 off voucher ok no give me 5 off my next box. Will be looking to cancel this as two payments have gone out and no box has been received it better be worth the wait . Logistics need to be sorted this is reason I left Birchbox and one other . Can’t be that hard can it.”

“Ordered box Feb 2, 2018, on March 12, received email stating attempted break in. What does an “attempted” break in have to do with productivity. I live in the US, I had to pay £12 for shipping and $4.00 from my bank for the luxury of paying this company in foreign currency, on top of the £35. Still haven’t received the box. Received two emails, one stating I can £5 off my next purchase, they can’t properly distribute my original order why would I want to purchase a second time. The other stated yesterday my product is being shipped, however they have yet to receive the shipping information from the client. I have sent numerous emails to Cohorted, no answer except the generic ones of we received you email, high volume of emails at the moment, we will get back to you... never! Is it too much to ask for a company to send you what you purchased in a timely manner? I only purchased one box however, I very disappointing from a company which received such high reviews until recently, I would of continued the monthly payment if it weren’t for this”

“I order first beauty box 5th of February and they charge money like a normal i get receive to gmail that my first box it will be on 5th-10th March, but today is 20th of March and i still not get any box and funny thing is they charge me 1th of March for next beauty box so when i will get other one!!!!!??????”

We’re sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at Cohorted. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in May, then your first box will be delivered in June. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your first payment in February was for your first beauty box in March. Please do contact our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk if you have any queries.

“Order beauty box and took 3 weeks to arrive. Item NOT as described and was returned and received by them on 14 Feb. As at 17 March still NOT received refund dispite several emails promising refund being processed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!😡😡😡”

“Well at first i was happy but lately the boxes have been arriving late and falling apart and had the book missing. Tried to call cohorted but it rang for ages then hung up twice. Cant get through to anyone. Tfying to find a new high end beauty box company now.”
