“Love it! There were lots of products; I love discovering new skincare products. The Korean lipstick is so weird, the texture is very different to other lipsticks I’ve tried.”

“First of all I haven't received the box yet, so this is only based on my general experience so far, not the actual product. Cohorted has chosen to send the package I such a way that the UK and DK post service can spend up 14-16 days before delivering the package, currently it's been 17 days without delivery. I 7 days ago wrote cohorted to ask if they possibly could send the package differently next time, I still haven't heard back. I've been going from super excited to super frustrated, this being my first box and therefore my first experience. So when I saw my "please review the box email" today it just seemed like a thorn in my eye.”

Hello Maria, thanks for your feedback. We're deeply saddened to hear about your poor experience with the delivery of your Beauty Box. Unfortunately, once orders have left our warehouse the time taken for delivery is out of our control. If you have not yet received your Beauty Box please get in touch with our customer service team. We're also sorry to hear you received your review email before you received your Beauty Box. We'd like to clarify and explain that the email is sent to all customers at the same time, approximately a week after all Beauty Boxes have been dispatched.

“Absolutely FANTASTIC. I couldnt be happier. I get several different subscription boxes and there all on the ok mark but cohorted steams ahead of them all. This months box was literally jam packed with gorgeous products that I have used and will continue to use. Out of all my subscriptions cohorted is definitely the best. Amazing box this month. “The boxes are very reasonably priced for what you get in them. They usually come with a magazine which tells you all about the products/ brands which is nice. Occasionally the boxes are mostly skincare so you can end up with too much of it. But they also often have a nice variety of products and brands. Always a nice mid-month treat!”

“I love the products in June box, love the melted too faced lipstick, although I wished for a different colour more easy to wear. Also the face cream, toner and cleanser seem to be very good, been using them and they agree to my skin. The face mist is nice and calming and gives my pillow a great scent. The Cle lipstick is a miss though, don’t really like its consistency, or colour. The perfume smells nice ...”
