I absolutely love receiving my box and January's was the BEST. Really excelled for value and I'm so pleased with my high end treats - Clarins lip liner and lipstick in shades I will actually wear! This is such a great box and at great value for money too. Absolutely love it.

It is such a great idea, but I feel this company falls short on delivering what they promise. I have been charged for January and February's box before I had even received one! At this point, I wanted to cancel, especially as soon after I discovered the contents of the December box online - candles, chocolates and bath oil.....not what you would expect in a high end make-up box. From watching various unboxing videos on YouTube, they do seem to have the odd good box, but the bad outweighs the good. They often state the products are worth a certain amount, but they are old and have been heavily discounted elsewhere. I also get the feeling from this company that they are always pushed for time and just throw in what they can without thinking of a theme or how the products could complement each other. The customer service could do with some attention too. My first box was the January one. The box was grazed and marked (not a big deal I thought, as what matters is the products - although I wanted to use the box as storage). There were two of the exact same product - that suggests to me a lack of imagination. I just get the feeling that the box hasn't been thought through or made with much care or attention to detail. Not good enough for £35.

The whole experience was a complete nightmare. This is my first and only cohorted box and the service was a complete joke. I signed up and sent an email over after they announced they'd be charging me twice before actually receiving anything at all, I contacted customer services and asked for the second payment to be cancelled until I'd at least had my first box, they replied two weeks later to say they had, which was great. Then low and behold charged my card again, fuming I contacted them several times before receiving a reply to tell me they'd refund me without an apology or explanation, I pushed to ask why and they said whoops my bad in sorts and said they'd send me an extra item to apologise. Then the wait, I had an email around the 6th to say the box had been dispatched, then another on the 14th to say it actually had been dispatched, turns out the first was just another lie. I finally received my box on the 16th and was highly underwhelm. - a couple of Clarins lipsticks that would be more suited to my grandma and run if the mill skin care I've received through Glossybox (which I highly recommend at £12 per month all in) I emailed about my additional product I was promised and was sent the cheapest crappest nail varnish they could scrape up two days later. I will not use cohorted again if my life depended on it. This is a very simple business model how they manage the sheer incompetence to butcher that is the only impressive thing about this overpriced joke.

I could be happier with my Cohorted Beauty Box subscription! Each month I am astounded by the high quality brands which are featured plus I love the opportunity to try new up and coming brands too! The value of product included is mind blowing also. It's become the highlight of my month, keep up the great work Cohorted!

I do love he boxes, I've had about 4 boxes so far. I think for future boxes more makeup could be included instead of beauty stuff. If they had more makeup I would of rated it a 5. They are worth the money compared to the other boxes :)

Very happy with my Cohorted boxes so far. Love the variety of products each month like bath oils, face masks and make up. Got so many products now that I fell in love with and use everyday like the Clarins lipstick and the Plum & Ashby bath oil makes my baths magical. Never a dull month with Cohorted!

I subscribed to Cohorted due to the quality of products I've seen people receive in previous boxes. I am a University student so £35 a month is a lot of money but I thought it might be worth it. I just got my first box (January box). The Clarins Lipstick and Lipliner were exciting to receive however I was disappointed by the skin care and hair care samples. I felt as though I could have received those sorts of products in a cheaper beauty box. Ive paid for February already so let's hope it's better.

I was very happy with the packaging, it looked very posh and nice! I LOVED that they sent me the face mask, I had tried it before with GlossyBox a few months back and lemme tell you it is the best facemask I ever tried till today. The lipstick was red which is not my colour, im more of a nudes and pink kinda girl so i gave it to my sister.

I loved this beauty box at first. Very pricey, but worth it. Then one month it didn't turn up (couldn't get hold of customer services for 2 weeks), the next month they sent me 2 boxes by mistake. The boxes started to deteriorate towards the autumn of 2016. I don't wear eye shadow... I have 3 palettes, I am fair skinned and blonde and have 2 HD brows sets for dark/black hair. I cancelled my subscription in December, only to receive a January box today. I decided to do a companies house check and the company dissolved on 6th December 2016. Don't touch this with a barge pole!

Cohorted boxes are so so disappointing. Month after month the boxes are late and there is always something wrong with the box. This month I'm missing a Clarins lipstick. December box was a complete joke...I'm in my twenties and ordered this.box due to the brand's that seemed to be affiliated with cohorted but instead I got candles and soaps no thank you. Good luck if you try to contact customer service as I have tried numerous times and never received a reply. I'm cancelling and finding another company who treat their customers better.

I signed up in December 2016 - payment was taken out of my account the next day but have not received anything. I just checked my account and they have taken another payment of £35 on 4th January and have received an email saying box was sent out and if i do not received it within 48 hours to contact post office directly. Post office cannot help me without a tracking number so I decided to cancel my subscription. Hopefully they will refund me the money :(

How do I cancel my subscription . I'm getting rather bored of eyeshadow pallettes and bath / body stuff ! I've tried to cancel but I can't log in for some reason and they don't reply to emails .... EVER!! Any help would be much appreciated x

I have been subscribed now for around 6 months. I have noticed the following: 1. The boxes are ALWAYS late. Each month you pay on the 1st/2nd, however your won't receive your box until between the 12th and 16th. 2. If something goes wrong and you need to contact someone at Cohorted - brace yourself. I am not sure that anyone even works there! I had placed an order from there website totalling over £100. 2 weeks later the order still hadn't been dispatched, I couldn't get hold of anyone via email, FB and no phone numbers. Eventually I was contacted to say that they didn't have any of the 5 items in stock (how?!) & so I would be refunded. Maybe there website is all a front ... very weird anyway. 3. The quality & value of each box varies quite a lot. Sometimes you will get recognised brands (like Mac, Bobbi Brown, Clarins) but the vast majority of items are from brands that you wont have heard of. Also, they will claim that an eyeshadow palette is worth say £40, but actually, when you google the brand and exact palette, you could buy it from some basement bargain website for £12. Also, in the December box for example, bearing in the mind that you have subscribed to a BEAUTY box, the box contained candles, bubble bath and soap. Again, they suggest that these candles (about 8cm high) are worth £18 each. I don't have a bath. Didn't use anything out of that box - gave it to my colleague. Hope this helps x

I ordered goods on 14th December - Nothing arrived and website says the order is "on hold". I have tried to call the telephone number and its not live and I have emailed without response. I therefore assume its some sort of scam site

I was sent a box as mine didn't arrive. Took me numerous emails to even get a response. Box very poor. Was told I'd have a few extras in the box because of the inconvenience, but there wasn't. Had a nail polish exactly the same as a previous box and two bottles of the same product. Very disappointing. After a great first box it seems as though each box has less in it.

My first box in November arrived late and well it was ok not great. I then had my December payment go out one week earlier than it was supposed to, not a massive deal however when I queried this and asked another question Callum ignored the question on payments and told me my box would arrive soon. December's box not only arrived late but couldn't have been more boring if it tried!! I had been hoping for some Mac,Nars or benefit as a nice little treat and well when I say I broke the box down to put in my grandmother and mothers hampers I had made them you get the idea it wasn't really any fun for a girl in her 20's. With all the new boxes out there offering amazing value and products you would think Cohorted would step up their game! Needless to say I've cancelled my subscription and going back to glossy box and one of the new ones out there!

Well jury still out for me. Just had my third box and really it did not do it for me. 2 candles which I won't use as I have indoor cats, and it can be dangerous, a blusher which is nice but way too bright for my pale skin, some soap which ok and I will use it, but is not exciting and a bath product. I was disappointed with my first box, quite pleased with my second, but this frankly is mediocre. I shall get the Jan one and then have a think re cancelling.
