I can't talk about their products as I haven't received them yet, its been 21 days I ordered on the 8th Feb still no sign of it, the tracking number has the same message on since day one tried emailing their site got reply to one email a day later but no reply after that, spent £ 50

It took double payments and still have not arrived and when I tried to use the tracking code does not work I have emailed them and they have not responded yet but overall it’s a bad experience not happy ☹️Also when I tried to log onto the website it said my account was not real

Terrible service. My Jan box is 3 weeks late, still not received it! Cohorted have not send a tracking number (even on requested) and have not refunded it.

Jan box was a dissappointment for me personally as it was lots of one brand and i like to get dif brands.also there was no make up in box it was all skincare and i had a full box of skincare in my dec box so made no sense to me to have 2 boxes full of skincare one after the other

So, all throughout August there were sneak peeks from Cohorted for the September box, which was the NARS dual eyeshadow. Come September, I was eagerly waiting for my package and was informed on 6th September it's been dispatched and told it will arrive max by 12th September. I didn't receive anything on 12th September so I contacted them and they said the item was never even dispatched and they'll make sure to get me my box asap. The next day I did get my box, but there was no NARS eyeshadow as advertised even in their September box booklet, and no Benefit dual lipstick either! Both items were replaced with old products left over from previous months boxes such as the Doucce palette. So disappointed and don't trust Cohorted to subscribe ever again. Half the things being described in my information booklet had been replaced with lower grade products. Feeling a bit conned.

My wife was promised the mermaid nails in this box after it wasn't in the last. Poor customer service response and overpromise under deliver. Such a shame when she loves the products so much but it took the shine off it. Still no response from my online complaint.....

I have been contacting you for weeks with noir pointless replies to change my subscription address for delivery! I now am being forced to cancel as you cannot change my address!!!

I am seriously unhappy about ordering from Cohorted. I placed an order on the 31st of April and it was delivered on the 12th of June..yes JUNE! It was mainly about Royal Mail and their delivery practices but the customers service of Cohorted is just as horrible - they answer your email sometimes in a few days, sometimes in a week.. The products in the Beauty Boxes were melted and in one of the BB (My Little Treat Beauty Box) most of the products were completely different - even the brands, not just the shades.. When my complaint was finally answered (after several days), they tried to convince me, that it is ok that you get something different from what you had ordered and I am really their valued customer.. Thank you very much - Cohorted NEVER again..

Same lip colour as a few months ago . Palate too dark . Did not receive the missing item from last month . E mailed numerous times about a query about my account and nobody will answer my question . Cancelled subscription due to poor customer service .

Products are not as high end as advertised and only suitable of you have a medium Caucasian skin colour. I am quite pale and almost all of the products I have been sent are unusable, and the ones that were usable were disappointing. The box is always delivered later than stated when you subscribe and the dispatch emails sent days in advance of receipt of parcel by Royal Mail. Have subscribed for 2 months so far and each time have received far too loads of emails full of excuses about why things aren't up to scratch. A product was even missing from last month's box (MAC mascara sample) - and they are compensating by putting something extra in the next box but that's unfair if you have paid for it and the previous box was your last or only box because you paid for that but didn't receive it. Subscription cancelled pending delivery of the next box. I'm sure my friends with 'normal coloured skin are looking forward to receiving everything I can't use.

I have sent numerous emails to the customer service line but I have received no communication, just the automated message. The telephone number keeps cutting out and I feel like I have fallen for a scam!

First month of buying the box alongside my mum and had terrible service. Was told it was an "attempted break in" although what does that have to do with the products? Very poor communication and from what i know so far very untruthful. Considering cancelling our boxes. Told we would receive a 'free' item in next months box as we lost out on a product which makes no sense as it was an "attempted break in" may i point out again. So i am unsure if we will receive one less item thsi month which means next months item isnt exactly 'free' as they say, it will be in actual fact an item they OWE us.

20 March no box Been given a shipment number but cannot track 5 off voucher ok no give me 5 off my next box. Will be looking to cancel this as two payments have gone out and no box has been received it better be worth the wait . Logistics need to be sorted this is reason I left Birchbox and one other . Can’t be that hard can it.

Ordered box Feb 2, 2018, on March 12, received email stating attempted break in. What does an “attempted” break in have to do with productivity. I live in the US, I had to pay £12 for shipping and $4.00 from my bank for the luxury of paying this company in foreign currency, on top of the £35. Still haven’t received the box. Received two emails, one stating I can £5 off my next purchase, they can’t properly distribute my original order why would I want to purchase a second time. The other stated yesterday my product is being shipped, however they have yet to receive the shipping information from the client. I have sent numerous emails to Cohorted, no answer except the generic ones of we received you email, high volume of emails at the moment, we will get back to you... never! Is it too much to ask for a company to send you what you purchased in a timely manner? I only purchased one box however, I very disappointing from a company which received such high reviews until recently, I would of continued the monthly payment if it weren’t for this

I order first beauty box 5th of February and they charge money like a normal i get receive to gmail that my first box it will be on 5th-10th March, but today is 20th of March and i still not get any box and funny thing is they charge me 1th of March for next beauty box so when i will get other one!!!!!??????

We’re sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at Cohorted. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in May, then your first box will be delivered in June. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your first payment in February was for your first beauty box in March. Please do contact our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk if you have any queries.
