“Terrible, 1st lesson teacher using foul language infront of 10 year olds, 2nd lesson my son being accused of cheating while the other teacher told them to copy what she writes after the kids on the table had confirmedwhat the other teacher said only then did she except. Got my son out of there as fast as I could”

We take all concerns seriously and, following your complaint, conducted a thorough investigation into the matters raised. We would like to provide some context regarding the issues you’ve mentioned. The use of inappropriate language was carefully reviewed, and after speaking with all involved staff, we found no evidence to support the claim that foul language was used in the classroom. The teacher in question has been with us for nearly 10 years and has never been previously accused of such behaviour. We take great pride in maintaining a respectful learning environment, and any language deemed inappropriate would not be tolerated. Regarding the accusation of cheating, this was acknowledged as an honest mistake by the teacher, who immediately apologised upon realising the misunderstanding. It was confirmed by other teachers in the room that the instructions to the students were to copy what had been written, and this clarification was provided once the issue was discussed. We respect your decision to move your child to another provider. Every child’s educational experience is unique, and we understand that our programme may not have been the best fit in this case. However, we remain committed to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for all our students. We wish your child every success in their future educational journey. If you have any additional concerns or would like to discuss this matter further, we are always available for a constructive conversation.
