The pair of shoes I had ordered ultimately arrived, but there were some small scratches and imperfections on the uppers--you need better quality control checks for your shoes. “Quality control is very poor. The right shoe inner sole is not properly glued. Both shoe have marks of wearing, plus the leather feel plasticky and cheap, same with the finition. The pair feels light like a sneaker, almost 200gramms lighter than a previous model bought on your website (Miquel uR)

At a price range of 400euros for a pair i expect a lot more. I've heard positive thing on internet about Cobbler Union, but as far as i'm concerned i'm very disapointed. American market is probably better treated.”
“The shoes are made with good material but the fit is not good.
they are wide in the middle. On top of that, if you try to return it, Cobbler Union won't give you the option for a refund to the original payment, only a store credit. Now, why would I purchase another shoe that won't fit? Very disappointed.”
“Very comfortable boot. Great attention to detail as the stitching is perfect and the leather is beautiful. I take a size 11.5 wide in an AE shoe. I sized up 1 whole size with the CU Soho last and it's the most comfortable dress boot I've ever worn. Virtually no break in period.”

“The shoes were advertised as brown but when I received them they were actually museum brown. Quality of the shoes are good and shipping costs would have made it not worth a return so I decide to keep them. Also was not happy with the extra surcharge that ups charges on top of the import taxes. I paid $30 in import taxes and ups charged me an extra $25 as service fee. Should be an option to prepare these taxes to avoid this extra charge.
Overall shoes are great. The 312 last is perfect fit for me and the quality of leather and build of the shoe are of good quality.”
