“Bought Mustard Belt and Shoe - belt was the correct Mustard color, and the shoe was cognac color with a museum patina and brown patina tip. Created exchange...waited for the shoes to ship from Spain (again) no local USA stock. Shoe delivered and the same cognac museum patina. Tried to exchange online and the order could not be found. Called and was told 2 exchange limit but couldn't get exchange processed. Requested a return label so I could re-purchase as a solution...24 hours later still waiting on the label. Approaching 30 days for this pair of shoes - everyone is pleasant, but now forced to shop elsewhere.”

“The shoes are good quality but the service I received when there was an error with my order was less than stellar. 7 days after ordering I still had not received an order update and so I called customer support. The agent was very confused and couldn’t really tell me why the order hadn’t shipped. Several days later they then told me the shoe I had ordered was on “pre order” and wasn’t actually in stock, even though the website indicated it was when I ordered it. I understand stock errors can happen, however not informing me until I called is a failure of customer service. In the end I received the shoes over two weeks after ordering them, and no compensation was offered for my trouble. If the shoes were of lower quality I would have returned them immediately in order not to deal with this company’s incompetence. I will likely not be ordering from this company again, and would recommend they invest in a proper customer support team and try a bit harder to make things right when mistakes occur.”

“Absolutely fantastic dress shoes on par with some a bit more expensive! I own three pairs (two Chelsea boots and one pair of Oxfords) and they are incredible. I love the matching belts too. Only negative I've experienced is some accessories being out of stock on the app. Would prefer to give you my business, but ended up purchasing things like polish elsewhere.”
