“The shoes are of the highest quality and so is the service. I ordered a pair of shoes, loved the look but not the fit. I exchanged them for a different style, added a belt and shoe polishing accessories, and I’m very pleased. Top shelf company!”
“You did great, my foot is a little trending towards a full D size ans so far the two shoe/boots have been on the narrow side of D. Maybe there is a better last/model in your lineup for me?”
“Experience with customer service was great. Product has not been great though. Sole interior is already coming apart after fewer than 5 wears. Not good for a $500 boot.”

The decision was later made to discontinue this model so it was added to the February Winter sale.

“The last pair of shoes are fantastic but the suede pair purchased immediately before have a ridge in the left shoe that rubbed on my toe. I wore them once at the home office & noticed during lunch that my toe was hurting. I thought I had an issue with my toe so I wore other cobbler unions around the home office but tried the suede pair again after a week. Same thing :( I suppose in this last, I'd need a half size up or there's an issue with the shoe. The right one has not caused issues.”

“I have purchased two pairs of shoes and a belt from Cobbler Union and these items are all beautiful. The belt is a gorgeous colour calfskin and has an incredibly soft liner (I believe sheepskin?). Both pairs of shoes fit me perfectly thanks to sizing recommendations on the website. One is a suede split toe that I love and wear with Jeans and the other is a spectacular whole cut in the oxblood.. belissimo!”
