We understand that a 3-week delivery time may feel long, though this is the timeframe we communicate both when selecting the size and again before checkout.
Regarding the color, we were surprised by the comment, as our records indicate that the correct color was shipped and delivered. We also do not see any exchange or return request associated with this order, which of course we would have gladly accepted and handled promptly if there had been any issue.
