“I was a little suprised at how long it took to receive the items. I first thought these boots were in stock, but I was informed they would need to be made. I did like the feedback I recieved, and I was also grateful the boots were shipped with UPS. In terms of fit, the boots are a little tight, but the quality of leather is impressive and I look forward to purchasing another pair of boots through Cobbler Union.”
“Dear Cobbler team, I was contacted to receive my parcel. However, I am required to pay an amount of 190€ for customers duties. Therefore, I had to refuse the delivery. At the time of my order, I was not informed by your company of such huge amount adding to the price (more than 1/2 of the price). Please advise on this matter. I require a refund of the amount paid. You may wish to deduct the cost of return. I am very disappointed by this lack of information from your end leading to a major misunderstanding. “Worst retail experience in some time. It was stated shoes fit true to size and not even close. Not sure if I would need a full sixe size and a half or 2 sizes down. Shoes also quite wide. I own over 100 pairs of shoes with a 1/2 of the size I ordered so I know the information on sixing was incorrect. And for my trouble I get to waste time taking multiple pictures in order to generate a return and even worse get charged $15 for the priveledge. I am interested in your exotic skin belts which should be easier to size (but I have seen belts incorrectly sized as well!) but this expereince has been so awful I am not sure I can place anoher order with your company”
“Shoe insoles looked different than product photos on website. One of the characteristics I was looking forward to in this shoe. Soles were slightly damaged when I received. Not the quality expected for $450.”

I love them. They are comfortable and they look great. I went on vacation

“The shoes have an odd fit to them. The construction is not as thorough on this particular last as they appear online. Returns process is a little cumbersome and I had to go back and forth on the process.
Eventually I gave up on the shoes and decided to just set them aside as they are uncomfortable and I appear to be in between sizes. I had high hopes for Cobbler Union shoes but I will continue with my other brands.”
