It's been some time since I bought my first and second pair from you guys but this third pair is as spectacular as the first two. You will be my choice for high end dress shoes and boots for years to come.

“I think the website is good and customer service is responsive. The only "glitch" was that I'd failed to read the fine print about ordering a "size smaller." Why, precisely do you do this? If you should order a certain size, just label the shoe that way. An 8.5 should always fit an 8.5. AT LEAST PUT IT IN BOLD NEAR THE SIZE BOXES instead of at the bottom of the description (to which I may not have read).”
