“I would recommend CLS to others and use again in future. I needed a bad credit mortgage which CLS were able to arrange for me. The staff have been fantastic throughout my application process, the whole thing ran very smoothly with Ryan and Emma being in touch regularly to keep me updated.”

“CLS Money have been great at helping me get my first mortgage. I would like to personally shout out Jess though as she’s been absolutely brilliant. She’s been so kind and patient with me and supportive every step of the way. The process was very stressful but Jess made it easier and I’m just sad this part of the journey has come to an end for that reason! Jess gave outstanding and personal client service and I will be recommending her to all of my friends when they start their first home journey. Thank you!”

“We contacted CLS money to arrange the purchase of a new home and the sale of our existing home to a family member. Angela Little, the mortgage broker, and Jessica Daniels, the client relationship executive, dealt with us throughout this process. With some challenging situations along the way and due to certain circumstances, they went above and beyond to ensure we received the perfect result. I would not hesitate in recommending CLS money to family or friend's and will certainly be using them in the future. “Ryan & Emma did a fantastic job getting my mortgage. After having a bad experience with my bank & a local broker I searched and found CLS Money. From the first call to the last they were friendly, professional & made you feel like they really had your back. The app was really useful for staying in touch & the guys were always very responsive. My mortgage was a tricky one to say the least as I had gone from being employed to self employed to a limited company all within the last 2 years so lenders were not keen in the slightest. Ryan assured me he would find a suitable lender & he did just that. Emma was superb following up every document demand from the lender & stayed in touched with me in such a positive way until we finally got the Mortgage offer confirmed. My experience with CLS Money was great & I would highly recommend this company.”

“CLS money came highly recommended to me by a family member who also used them for their mortgage. The whole process was extremely fast and simple. They use an app-based platform for you to upload all your information, Making the whole process seamless and speedy.. I personally dealt with a chap called Harry Maynard who I would highly recommend, he surpassed all expectations with regards to the mortgage deal and timeframe. He Seemed very down to earth and nothing was too much trouble. Correspondence is key and I will give them a 10/10, he always kept us up-to-date not leaving you thinking where you’re up to.”

“We contacted CLS money and initially spoke to Charlotte who very quickly got us a DIP through Halifax. She responded to emails so quickly, even at the weekend and supported and guided us through the first stage of our application. Sian then took on our application and managed to get us a great deal with our mortgage, again she supported and guided us through every stage and was so reassuring. We got our offer a few hours after the valuation was completed and Sian and Charlotte were clearly delighted for us. We would and do recommend CLS to everyone we speak to. Fantastic advice from people who really do care and know their stuff.”

“Just completed on my first home, our broker at CLS money helped find a 90% loan to value mortgage last year when I couldn’t find a lender accepting 10% deposits. Nicky & Amy helped everything move along . Amy kept me informed every step of the way which was reassuring - I’m so glad I had someone who could advise me along the way! Thanks guys !”
