“From the day we made our enquiries about mortgages, Andrew B and Victoria F have been amazing. Andrew took us through all the products that were available until we decided which one we wanted. “We have been dealing with Victoria for our case, and she could not have been more helpful. Each time we needed an update, she was coming to us before we needed to chase, and has done all she could to escalate when needed. For all of the messages we sent, she was always happy to help. CLS also helped us get a cheaper mortgage offer to what we had been told we could get. Very happy”

“An overall great experience with CLS (and Rachael as my broker). I liked that it's a tech-savvy broker that uses a mobile app to manage the ongoing conversation and exchange of documents. Making an application as a self-employed business owner has its challenges and other brokers (Habito, L&C) turned me away rather quickly. CLS rose to the challenge and was able to secure a mortgage with solid terms. Really grateful that they put in the time and effort to make a life-goal come true.”

“CLS have been superb with us as first time buyers. We had no clue about how the mortgage process worked before giving them a call. Ryan and Emma have worked tirelessly on our mortgage, updating us every other day at a minimum... Sometimes daily. Ryan and Emma have taken us from initial phone query, to agreement in principle to a fully approved written mortgage offer in just shy of a fortnight! They are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Going forward I would never consider using another company and I sincerely hope that Ryan and Emma are still around in the future when we use them again for any future house moves. Thank you CLS!”

“I cannot thank Ellis and Rachael enough for everything they did to secure us a fantastic mortgage offer! I have bad credit from a few years ago and half of my income comes from over time, so all other ‘speciality’ brokers were struggling to find us a mortgage for the amount we needed and that weren’t at an astronomical interest rate. When Ellis first sent the basic details of the deal she had found (interest rate and monthly payments), I actually thought it was a scam as it seemed too good to be true. After countless messages from me to Ellis saying I just couldn’t believe it, she reassured me and soon gained my trust. In less than 3 weeks we received our FULL mortgage offer! More money, half the interest rate and MUCH lower monthly payments. Ellis and Rachael put up with me being a worry head and were kind, contactable and professional from start to finish. I am so grateful I stumbled across CLS money as I really did think we were doomed before they came along! Worth the broker fee by a million miles! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone - just amazing. Thank you! X”

“Extremely efficient and helpful. Began my journey dealing with Rayn Hall, who reassured me that as long as I provided the requested information in a timely manner the mortgage offer would take no longer than 12 weeks. Within a matter of days we had an approval in principal and were passed on to Emma Mitchell. Emma guided us through the next steps as a seasoned pro constantly providing updates as we progressed. 10 weeks later (because we had a slight delay with my wife changing employer) we now have our mortgage offer in hand. Great work all round with minimal stress and hard work and dedication from Rayn and Emma. 5⭐Team!”
