“I first heard about CLS through family, working for the NHS I was able to recieved their advise and help for free. My case was put to Fraser and Harley to sort out- both amazing- everything was done so quickly and as a first time buyer everything seemed easy. If there was anything I needed, they would respond to calls and emails within a couple hours. The site manager where I am buying a house from also complimented their work saying she has never had such proactive mortgage advisors and they helped speed up the process. My case is now with Amy and she has been in touch every week keeping things up to date and making sure everything is ok. Such a great team at CLS and can't thank them enough for their help, would recommend to anyone.”

“Very helpful from my first point of contact Fraser to my last point of contact Amy. Fraser found me a mortgage that was a lot cheaper than I ever thought I could get plus he sorted out my solicitor for my conveyancing so everything was arranged for me. I had a right to buy mortgage and Amy kept me sane throughout the whole process. Amy kept me updated every week so I knew what was happening with my mortgage which saved my sanity as I was pulling my hair out over how long the process was taking, It took four months to complete. Very professional, very friendly I would recommend CLS. Only downside I would say was their fee but for me it was worth it saved me a lot of time and hassle dealing with the whole process myself.”

“CLS have offered a very professional service throughout the process of myself and my partner buying out first house together. They always been available to reassure or listen to concerns and regularly update us on the process of purchasing our property. “These guys are fantastic. Found us a mortgage after we had been told by a financial advisor we wouldn't be able to get one. Our credit ratings were not the worst but we had both taken out payday loans and even though we had paid them on time this really damages your chances of getting a mortgage or loan. CSL listened to our circumstances and found us a mortgage which we are not far from getting a completion date. We had no empty promises, Paul said from the start he couldn't guarantee they would be able to help but they do really try their best to get you a good outcome. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future to swap mortgages”

“I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Fraser, Harley and Amy. There time keeping on updates was second to none and always willing to go above and beyond when I needed them.
