“I’m absolutely blown away by how amazing CLS have been. I was expecting getting a mortgage as a first time buyer to be extremely challenging. They have managed to get my mortgage approved within a week! I couldn’t be happier. A special thanks to Frankie and Megan for everything :)”

“I would highly recommend using CLS money. Worked really fast to get me an agreement in principle, then again with the mortgage offer. Very clear in what they needed and provided full service. Shane was my mortgage advisor and would highly recommend using him!! I wasn't sure I would get a mortgage and Shane made sure it went through as smoothly as possible!”

“After speaking with 2 different mortgage brokers, who unfortunately could not help my situation (low credit scores and buying property with my parents and husband), I came across CLS and spoke to a lovely lady, Kelly Stoneman and after explaining my situation, she was able to help me and found me a mortgage for the amount I needed and at a good interest rate. The communication was outstanding. She kept me up to date with everything, was very clear and helpful with what I had to provide. I can not recommend CLS and especially Kelly enough. She has been so helpful and so friendly throughout the whole process. Also, another lovely lady, Sian Moore, who helped me with the underwriters of the Mortgage, the process was quite quick. One very happy customer and I would use them in a heartbeat again.”

“My partner and I had Paul, Emma and Amy working on our case, words can’t describe how grateful we are to them! They worked their socks off to get our mortgage, we know it wasn’t a walk in the park for them as our situation wasn’t the easiest, but they never failed us!! They were absolutely amazing! Can’t thank them enough. Their determination and perseverance was second to non! An amazing team and we have recommended them to everyone we know. Thanks again Paul, Emma and Amy.”

“Excellent service from Lucy Franklin and Gemma Bentley helping us secure a mortgage in a timely fashion during a busy month of Bank Holidays. From start to finish we had an offer within 4 weeks. Great communication, knowledgable and courteous calls and emails - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these two CLS ambassadors in particular for their outstanding expertise in products, lenders, our options, and the overall process. “I cannot praise CLS money enough. My dad was currently on the deeds to my house with my partner due to my credit rating being so poor. When the time came to remortgage, I came to CLS for help to see if they could find a lender who would lend to me and my partner (and therefore take my dad off the deeds). Gemma May of CLS immediately responded and was just excellent throughout. She managed to find us a high street lender (which isn’t easy when poor past credit is involved) with a decent rate in this market. Thank you to Gemma for all of her hard work in obtaining the offer, I am so relieved to finally be on the property ladder. You’ve helped me achieve what I thought was going to be impossible. Once the agreement in principle was obtained, Rachael Marcucci was great at keeping up updated at every stage of the process including up to and including completion. I would highly recommend CLS money to anyone. Give it a try, you will not regret it!”

“It's a paid service but very good service. They understood my 2 quite different remortgage requirements and found suitable lenders. Couple of teething issues over communicating what information was needed but all resolved. They kept track of the whole process and proactively chased various people”

“The team at CLS Money has made the mortgage application very smooth and easy for me. They have been great, with a wonderful customer service, without prejudice, kind mannerisms, expertise at hand and very efficient and prompt responses! It was lovely working with them especially in particular Steve Wand, who has been amazing, 10/10 and Gemma Bentley who ensured whilst Steve was away, picked up and did not delay. Definitely would use again if needed and recommend!”
