“I cannot praise CLS money enough. My dad was currently on the deeds to my house with my partner due to my credit rating being so poor. When the time came to remortgage, I came to CLS for help to see if they could find a lender who would lend to me and my partner (and therefore take my dad off the deeds). Gemma May of CLS immediately responded and was just excellent throughout. She managed to find us a high street lender (which isn’t easy when poor past credit is involved) with a decent rate in this market. Thank you to Gemma for all of her hard work in obtaining the offer, I am so relieved to finally be on the property ladder. You’ve helped me achieve what I thought was going to be impossible. Once the agreement in principle was obtained, Rachael Marcucci was great at keeping up updated at every stage of the process including up to and including completion. I would highly recommend CLS money to anyone. Give it a try, you will not regret it!”

“It's a paid service but very good service. They understood my 2 quite different remortgage requirements and found suitable lenders. Couple of teething issues over communicating what information was needed but all resolved. They kept track of the whole process and proactively chased various people”

“The team at CLS Money has made the mortgage application very smooth and easy for me. They have been great, with a wonderful customer service, without prejudice, kind mannerisms, expertise at hand and very efficient and prompt responses! It was lovely working with them especially in particular Steve Wand, who has been amazing, 10/10 and Gemma Bentley who ensured whilst Steve was away, picked up and did not delay. Definitely would use again if needed and recommend!”

“I can not thank CLS money enough! After being told we couldn’t have a mortgage from another broker, I rang CLS money in a frantic, Kelly was so reassuring and promised to find us a mortgage… and sure enough she did! We are now waiting on getting the keys for our forever home! Also a shout out to Sian who also has helped for the last stage of the mortgage offer! Thank you both soooooo much!!”

“CLS organised our mortgage effortlessly for us . Our fixed term interest rate was at the end and they sorted out a competitive new rate for us with our existing mortgage provider. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I don't have enough words to describe the support of this team Steven/Shannon (CLS). We are a first time buyer, and I can tell you that for some reason God put Shannon in our way. I can say thank to Shannon we were able to complete the purchase of our house. It took a few months of stress to complete this purchase, Shannon has always been present throughout the process, very professional in everything she does, I can say 24 hours assistance. I didn't need to call to find out about the update, she would call to give me an updated almost every day. Shannon on behalf of my family I want to say thank you once again for all your support throughout this home buying process, without you it would have been impossible to complete the purchase of our house on time. “Had a great experience with CLS. Not a comfortable time trying to navigate the mortgage market when you are a first time buyer, especially when you're self employed! CLS have been fantastic though and have made the whole process much easier. We've dealt with Frankie Butt and Emma Mitchell so far and both have done a top job, easy to get hold of and have been great at putting our minds at ease. Mortgage has now been approved and we couldn't be happier. Would happily recommend CLS to anyone.”
