“Clayton, Tina and Chloe at CLS made our mortgage application as smooth as it could be. As a Company Director, with only one year of accounts, I didn't think it'd even be possible to secure a mortgage, let alone one with a decent rate, however, Clayton managed to find one. They also got us a great deal on buildings and contents insurance, life and critical illness cover and will soon be using them to help arrange our wills. Couldn't recommend them more.”

“Being first time buyers we needed a lot of help and advice, which we got. Clayton and the team got things moving really quickly from the word go and made the whole mortgage application process nice and easy for us. Even after we recieved our mortgage offer we've had a weekly call from one of his team asking how things were progressing with the purchase of the property, can't recommend them enough!”
