“CLS money helped me with both a remortgage of a buy-to-let and a new residential mortgage at the same time. George in particular ensured that all our needs were possible, liaising with a number of providers. This was invaluable, especially due to the changing mortgage rates and circumstances throughout our application process. I would be happy to use them again.”

“CLS Money helped me secure a mortgage during a difficult time and bad credit it was very difficult to secure a mortgage until I found CLS Money, I will highly recommend them as they are fast and very helpful in what can be an overwhelming process. “I write this review from inside mine and my partners first home! After a turbulent start to home buying (seller pulled out) we were able to transfer our mortgage application to a new property that was even more perfect for us! Without any issues! Extremely happy with the service we received from everyone along the way. Shannon, Sian, and Sue! Can’t thank you enough… you explained everything in detail, helped answer any queries I needed help with, and it was just super easy, in a process that can be so complicated. Thank you again!”

“Absolutley fantastic job! Its hard to describe how thankfull i am , whole team did amazing job , i have found Cls money online after i did found out i have 2ccj for parking tickets, i clicked the link i have read some reviews and i decided to reach out by e-mail i think, next day i get call and all begun i explained that i have to 2ccj and working trough agency, they asked for payslips ,few standard question and i get Mortgage promis, whole team has been amazing on each stage each person was responsible to do the right step Rayan, Gemma , Shannon and many more sorry i dont remember evryone names but i have had truly great expierence with this company , great sets of profesionals! Defo worth to pay the fee , now me and my family can enjoy life in 3 bed house:)”

“My husband and I received help from Amy and the rest of the team with our new mortgage. In all honesty, they were like God's sent angels because they kept an eye on a deal that was about to expire and secured a fixed rate for five years for me. A few days later, the drama surrounding interest rate hikes began, and I was so grateful that they resolved the issue before I lost out on the deals. Thank you so much for that.”

“Amy, Charlotte and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible! They couldn't have been more helpful, from beginning to end. Having made mortgage applications in the past I know well how stressful, long winded and frustrating it can be, but Amy and Charlotte made the process SO much easier! Always lovely to speak with, super efficient and always there to answer questions or just to offer moral support, I really couldn't have asked for anything more. I'm really happy with the deal Charlotte found for me and despite the conveyancers dragging their heels, Amy steered the whole thing to completion impeccably. I can't thank you enough CLS team! You're all awesome! I'll definitely be coming straight to you in the future... and in the meantime I'll be recommending you to everyone!”

“Being declined a mortgage in the past, we didn't believe that we will be approved ever. But Steve Wand has brought us the hope back. He found us an offer even when I was on maternity leave, which I didn't belive it was possible. Then the whole process went very smoothly. Thank you, Steve and CLS money for making our dream come true!”

“Amy was excellent with our remortgage Amy was very organised, efficient and professional. My wife and I were given frequent updates during the final stages obtaining a temper ion statement and repaying on the day that was best for us. Overall we were very very pleased with our service.”
