“CLS is an excellent service with a team that treat you consistently with courtesy. From the moment I spoke with Charlie who arranged my loan quickly, I was reassured that I would be updated throughout. This is EXACTLY what happened. I was then in contact with Freya whilst going through very challenging circumstances. Honestly without Freya we would not have completed on time, her constant communication between myself and solicitors enabled us to finish on the very last day for the mortgage offer to expire. I am very very grateful, Freya you and your team prevented many tears from being shed! To all of you at CLS that made it happen for me. Thank you so so much, if I could give this service 1000 stars✨ that would be what you deserve. Keep doing what you do that's what keeps you at the top.”

“Luke from CLS was absolutely amazing. As a single parent, I had tried other well known brokers who were only able to offer me £200K with mortgage providers I had never heard of at interest rates above 5%. Luke spent a lot of time speaking to me and analysing my credit file and details and constantly kept me updated during the process. In the end Luke managed to get me a mortgage for £262K with a reputable high st lender! I thought that getting my dream home was dead in the water but CLS helped me to get that dream home and the fee was well worth paying! The team at CLS held my hand throughout the process from the application to the administration with first rate customer service. Thank you CLS for making my dreams a reality!”

“I have way more to say about CLS than I can fit in here but my main points are: my first call to them was fantastic, they were helpful, empathetic and knowledgable. When we were ready for a mortgage (following a bridging loan) it took 4 emails before I got a response, I had to chase them. Again they were helpful and informative. When we hit some bumps I found I felt a little ignored, again I had to chase for any response and their knowledge lacked slightly. But when we were back on track again the wonderful Amy took over. Amy is responsive, polite and sympathetic. Because we changed mortgage provider half way though we did find we had lots of additional calls about insurance that we had already completed with CLS, this was annoying and avoidable but they eventually stopped. All in all I would recommend CLS for a simple remortgage, maybe ours was too complicated but it has left us feeling slightly undervalued and their lack of knowledge has left us £1,000s worse off because of the additional bridging fees. Completion doesn’t have that sense of celebration that we would normally feel. I think that a review should give a full picture and I hope that I can give praise where it’s due and help others with their decision based on our own experience.”

“I’m so glad I chose CLS for my remortgage, Charlie and Rachael were fantastic and were able to answer the many questions I had, iv had a difficult few years money wise after a separation and didn’t think a remortgage was possible but Charlie had an AIP super quick. “CLS Money were great. Frankie took me through the process of getting a mortgage, from the beginning to the end, finding out what I needed, answering all my questions, in a really straightforward way. Ellen and Sian discussed insurance with me, making sure I was covered with the appropriate life and buildings insurance. Natalie communicated with the mortgage underwriters and kept me updated. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, very human, and efficient. I'm really glad I used CLS because they made the process much more simple and easy than I remember it being!”
