“The team at CLS were brilliant from start to finish. James was a great help with discussing our financial situation and mortgage requirements, he was very knowledgeable and we felt we were in good hands when being advised on the different mortgage products available to us. Joanne was brilliant at following the process through to completion and again, it was re-assuring to know we had her at the end of the phone if we had any questions along the way. The fee is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and support when making such an important decision.”

“I happened upon CLS whilst trying to amalgamate several loans into a re-mortgage and my existing lender wouldn't play ball!! From the very first enquiry phone call I found the service provided by CLS both friendly and extremely professional. The first lender wouldn't approve my application but Clayton managed to find me an alternative and much better option very quickly. I felt that he really had understood my situation and managed to find me a great deal which really is financially life-changing. It's been a long road (having Christmas in between never helps) but I finally completed this week. The staff at CLS were excellent at keeping me updated and informed every step of the way and particular thanks go to Chloe and Harley. I would highly recommend the services provided by CLS particularly if like me, you aren't able to easily access the products offered by the high street lenders. Janine Benfleet”

“Sue was the most helpful and friendless person we could have asked for. As first time buyers we was very clueless about everything and asked her many questions that were not even to do with the mortgage but the house and she was able to help with everything. I really could not have asked for a better person to help us and she even managed to get us a better rate mortgage half way down the line. She really does care about her clients and this made all the difference. Harley was her assistant and kept us updated along the way. Overall very helpful and quick at getting back to me. We would highly reccommend.”

“I cannot recommend CLS Money enough. They have been nothing but professional, friendly and approachable right from my very first call with them. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, they kept in constant contact with me, updating me on my application and even reassuring me when my nerves got the better of me. I sometimes called them up to 5 times a day and they were always so friendly and happy to help me no matter how many times I asked the same question or to chase something up for me. Buying a house if a stressful process but Paul, Nicky and Chloe made it that bit easier. No matter whether I spoke to Paul, Nicky or Chloe they were all up to date with my case and I didn't have to keep repeating what I wanted/needed and what had happened previously which was brilliant and everything ran smoothly. I'll definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family and I'll be using them again myself. Thank you so much Paul, Nicky and Chloe for helping us get our home.”

“Working with CLS made the mortgage application an easy experience. James Oakley who helped us with the application was very quick at getting the ball moving. He told us exactly what we needed and by when so the process was very quick in the end. Joanne Bean was very efficient in following up how the sale was progressing and would contact the other side on my behalf for an update to how things where progressing. I found working with CLS (especially Joanne and James) a very professional and polite experience. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.”
