“Ellis Uren promptly organised me a mortgage and offered good communication throughout. She was quick at replying to emails and any questions asked about the mortgage and the process etc. Rachael Marcucci has since been my point of contact, and she is super speedy at replying to emails and queries. She has resolved small issues quickly and kept me up to date with progress and updates, even when not asked. Both are very friendly, polite and very easy to talk too and have replied early in the morning and into the evening to questions.”

“I can’t fault the service I had from CLS from start to finish. Amy dealt with our case and kept us updated throughout which was more difficult with COVID restrictions. She definitely made it a stress free experience.”

“My review for CLS is a thank you to Rachel, Victoria and Amy. With the Covid 19 impact life has be tougher than normal. All three helped us at some stage. First find a new remortgage deal that suited our income. Second to keep us posted and finally complete the process with the banks. It was touch and go with one bank but with their help and support we were able to get across the finishing line. Thank you.”

“Used them for the second time, first time around my credit score was poor and after months of trying they managed to secure my mortgage with a higher interest rate, two years on the managed to get me a great deal with a high street bank... thanks for all your hard work Amy”

“We went to an independent Financial Advisor who was nice enough but claimed the market would be restricted due to Covid and said many high street lenders were not processing applications. We called CLS and had our mortgage offer (from a high street lender) in no time at all. CLS also sorted our insurances at very competitive rates. Great service - worth every penny!”

“I am absolutely over the moon with the service I have received from CLS, I was previously advised by other independent mortgage brokers that I could not get a mortgage for the amount I require by myself, I called CLS and within minutes had confirmation I could and within hours I had put my application through and received my mortgage offer within weeks! Hanna O'Bryan specifiically was extremely friendly and helpful and kept me informed throughout the application process so thank you very much. I highly recommend.”
