“CLS were attentative, friendly, professional and worth every penny. We had a very negative experience with a well known company that were SURE we couldn’t get a high street mortgage lender due to bad credit over 3 years prior. Just as I thought we were out of options I picked up the phone to CLS and they have been amazing since. They made us feel positive and kept us informed all the way through. I could call Amy and James about anything and they would do everything in their power to help. We got that high street lender! Couldn’t recommend more.”

“We used CLS after our previous mortgage broker informed us that we couldn't get a high st lender due to bad credit. CLS quickly found us a mortgage from a high st lender at a very favourable rate. Ellis was our advisor and she was in regular communication, even updating us on weekends, she was friendly, helpful and informative. A big thanks to Ellis and the rest of the CLS team. They work hard and fast!”

“Absolutely amazing services provided by ryan & Rachael from start to finish. We was previously with another broker who quite frankly didn’t care, I made the decision to switch after coming across CLS online in a moment of despairs and I cant fault them at all. Ryan managed to get us a decision in principle within 5 minutes of phoning, and we received a very competitive rate from a high street lender, something my partner and I struggled to do due to unforeseen circumstances. But I am so so great full to ryan and Rachael who have made our dreams come true!! We should have a moving date within a week & we can finally start to build our family home, I am so so so pleased and will definateley recommend them to everyone I know! Great work guys thank you again it was a pleasure to work with you!”

“Everything was dealt with to the finest of detail and with courtesy and professionalism. From my first interaction with Ryan right through to completion. Everyone was courteous and approachable. My application wasn't so straightforward as I have moved house a few times in 3 years but Jody stuck with me, supporting and encouraging me every step of the way. Without doubt, Jody went beyond the call of duty and completely surpassed my expectations, she was and is absolutely wonderful! Really looking forward to starting the new chapter of my life in my new dream home. Thank you all SO MUCH!”

“We contacted CLS last February and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences ever it was so stressful I’m surprised me and my husband are still married! We were told we could borrow a much higher amount than it ended up we could! We sent documents again and again no one wanted to take our calls and all they ever said was it’s been escalated to the BDM If you can avoid I would! 1 year later we are now in our new home with a Mortgage through Natwest that was a totally stress free experience!”

“I stumbled across this service by accident really when I was just enquiring about a new mortgage. Steve called me and reassured me that he would be able to help. A few questions later I had an idea of how much I could get. Fast forward two weeks later, I found a house and had a mortgage offer. Steve and Sarah were brilliant throughout, always friendly and efficient. They give you updates when you are promised them and any questions regardless of how small or silly are answered with a smile. Sarah has even sorted my insurance for when I move into the new property. An absolute delight to deal with. Thank you.”

“I was recommended to Fraser and Amy at CLS money after having a few small issues with my current mortgage broker and it was honestly made so easy and the small issues I had previously were soon forgotten.
