“I had given hope but Fraser gave me hope and looked closely at my situation he kept in touch it was a more me for me after thinking IMO would not be able to sort my situation out very fast efficient n professional service from Emma reassuring me along the way thank you everyone”

“Although I advise on mortgages for a living, the ease of having CLS complete everything for you makes it a no-brainer. The cost of this was far out-weighed by the friendly and efficient service and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Sarah Weaver assisted us with getting our mortgage with Barclays and she was wonderful. She was always on hand to answer any questions and did it with such a friendly and positive attitude. She keep us regularly updated and was really on it in terms of chasing the lender up when it was coming down to the wire. We’d happily recommend her for anyone else who needs help with their mortgage. Thank you so much Sarah for all you did for us!”
