“Ryan at CLS was brilliant. He was extremely proactive, dealing with the initial stages of our mortgage application very swiftly which is just what we needed. He got us set up with the perfect mortgage for our situation, a dual applicant, sole proprietor mortgage. He was friendly, down to earth and always happy to help with any questions. We have now received our mortgage office and we couldn’t be happier! Ryan was an integral part of this fantastic end result.”

“We thought we had absolutely no hope of getting our first family home but CLS have been amazing and actually got us that dream mortgage to get our first family home and chance to start our new chapter of life.
