“Great service from the beginning to purchase. Amy was giving me weekly updates on how everything progressed and was always in contact with solicitors or estate agency, making it stress free throughout. I couldn’t find any fault to CLS and I am highly recommending them.”

“I have now used CLS mortgage brokers on 3 separate occasions,I have always found them to be very good,they do what they say they are going to do with the absolute minimum of fuss,I consider them to be honest and trustworthy,they keep you informed during the compleet mortgage process, the other thing i like about them they don't try and sell you something you are not interested in.”

“I literally can't thank cls money enough, from start to finish they made buying our first home as easy as they could. All of the staff are really friendly and there is always someone there in the daytime to answer the phone. James got me and my partner a deal with halifax when we got turned down previously with them and we got a really good rate of 2.04%. Amy then took over the account and worked tirelessly, chasing our solicitors, the sellers solicitors the estate agent and then sorted all our critical illness and life cover out with a really good company. If we decide to move cls money will be one of the first people I contact 5* service and worth the money.”

“From start to finish I litrely can't thank cls money enough. Our house purchase has taken longer than expected because of covid 19. James sorted me and my other half out with a halifax morgage who had actually turned us down when we went direct and got us accepted for 2.04% rate on the mortgage which is really good for first time buyers. Then Amy was in charge of our account from there, she chased our solicitors the sellers solicitors, the estate agent and in my personal opinion went well above and beyond anything I could have expected from a mortgage broker,. She sorted out good rates on life and critical illness cover and was fantastic and an absolute joy to work with, which when you are making one of the biggest commitments of your life is really needed.”

“I will start this review by saying that I would highly recommend this company. I used CLS Money for the first time to arrange a Remortgage and was very impressed with the service that received from Steve & Sian at the Rayleigh office. I received regular updates from them and the remortgage was completed in next to no time. Thanks for your help in making the whole process go smoothly”

“I can’t recommend CLS enough! Being a first time buyer and knowing nothing about mortgages or even if we could get a mortgage due to our credit, Ryan and Rachael did everything for us from start to finish and found us a great mortgage. Even with lockdown and other obstacles along the way we always felt in safe hands throughout the whole process! Very informative, professional, friendly and worked really quickly whilst keeping us updated at every step along the way. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a mortgage especially if there are any issues with credit!”
