“Paul and the team have been amazing throughout the process from start to finish, this started from finding out how much we could borrow/afford to months down the line finding a property and sorting out our mortgage! Paul has been great at answering any questions we have had. As a whole the process has been easy and the communication has been great. Massive thank you to Paul and the team 😊”

“Brilliant service, Paul Merrett was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble with getting everything sorted in a short space of time, following up my initial email I sent in a Saturday on the same day and still assisting on a Sunday a credit to the company. Rachael kept me updated and they both responded to my queries quickly and professionally. I would totally recommend CLS,”

“I do not generally provide reviews but I am stepping out of the box here to provide a fab review for CLS because they deserve it. A company is only as good as their employees and this can be said of Sue Bruns who looked after us from start to finish. She explained everything in an honest, impartial and non-judgemental manner - held our hand throughout the whole process and we are no longer mortgage prisoners. Sue – we cannot thank you enough. You really are worth your weight in gold. Thank you.”

“Sue Bruns was the broker who helped me out with everything, amazing customer service, was always on hand for any help I needed or questions I had. All the other people I also spoke to at CLS Money was also very helpful and again was always there to help me with any questions I had. Cannot fault the company.”

“After originally getting a DIP from my own bank and making an offer on a home. My bank then said I did not qualify for a mortgage with them. This left me totally devastated and after searching on the internet and found CLS. Frankie assured me not to give up hope and she knew the right lender for me. A week later my mortgage offer came through! Frankie and Rachael have been wonderful through this whole process and dealt brilliantly with my stress. All I can say is Thank you for making my dream of home ownership a reality.”

“My mortgage deal was coming to an end and I was about to start looking for a new deal when I was contacted by Melissa from CLS Money. I was skeptical at first but she made me feel at ease within the first 20seconds of the phone call, she was very polite, courteous and friendly which was nice because I was having a very busy few weeks. She asked me a few questions and was very clear and concise about who CLS Money are and what she will be doing every step of the way. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured or ill at ease, she dealt with everything till we got the decision in principle. Rachel took over from here and has been looking after me very well. Altogether Melissa and Rachel have left a very good lasting impression about CLS Money and no doubt, I will be referring everyone I know.”

“I was struggling with a broker who had a much cheaper fee. The response was slow and I had about 5 declined AIP applications. As soon as I spoke to Angela, she came back within half an hour with an AIP. She gets straight to the point, was consistently in contact with updates, would call me back when ever I needed to get hold of her, and was very helpful with any concerns and worries I had. Fee is a little expensive in my personal opinion, but I guess you get what you pay for, and with Angela, I have a mortgage offer.”

“A bit shout out to Angela Little and CSL for a fantastic experience in re-negotiating my mortgage. I'd left it late, and had some other debts in the mix. But Angela wasn't phased, reviewed my whole profile, recommended the right package, and then communicated constantly throughout to get the deal over the line. It was a pleasure to work together on it, the result really helps my position, and it was all done quickly. Well done, and thank you, Angela!”

“There is no better place to get advice and mortgage support. Paul & team worked hard and did exactly what they said was possible. Previous to this is spent wasted months trying to get a mortgage with no response & results with other brokers/banks. I would say this team are more than worth the money and that they help transform peoples lives. Thank you again.”

“Going through a divorce whilst in a debt management plan has been the most stressful time of my entire life. Before I stumbled across CLS, I was at a loss as to how I could move forward - having spoken to my existing mortgage provider and an independent financial advisor it seemed impossible for me to get any kind of remortgage. Andrew was so reassuring, it was clear he was expert in dealing with situations like mine and the issues I was facing. He and Emma gave me regular updates and were both so on the ball, helping me keep my application on track throughout. The solution they came up with exceeded all my expectations and they even managed to secure me a better offer than we originally discussed. I am so grateful for their support - they made the process as stress-free as possible and I know I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this on my own. I could not be happier with the service I received and I would highly recommend CLS.”
