“Jamie Selby at CLS went above and beyond other mortgage brokers to help with the first mortgage I have applied for. The application was sent and my mortgage offer received within a matter of days! Professional advice and updates were given throughout the process so I always knew what was happening, with the help of Vicky also, I couldn't be happier with the service!”

“A big Thank you to Ellis and Racheal for your hard work securing the mortgages for our new BTL. The process has been handled with such high professsionalism and the communication from both of you has been excellent. From Initial Contact Ellis matched us with the best lender for our requirements within hours. The communication was clear, concise and replies to emails and questions within minutes. The CLS app was excellent allowing instant messaging with Ellis. Once we found the property, Rachael took over with the application process. Again Rachael handled the process with such high professionalism, and communication was excellent. Both Ellis and Rachael have gone above and beyond to deliver, answering every question, and making the process soo seamless and stress free. The Entire process from initial contact with CLS to survey to mortgage offer was completed within 4 weeks. Would of been sooner due to a slight delay of the lenders valuation. This is the 2nd time I have used CLS and they have delivered again. I have no doubt that within the comming months , I will be contacting CLS again to add to our BTL portfolio. I highly recommend CLS! Thank you!”

“I cannot recommend CLS Money enough. The team here were so helpful and friendly and really simplified the process for us. Clayton handled our initial enquiry - we really appreciated that he responded to us quickly, thoughtfully, and encouragingly. Charlotte was our mortgage broker, she was knowledgeable and approachable - as well as being really kind and patient while answering lots of questions about the process for us. Sian dealt with our application, she was professional, friendly, and kept us updated throughout. Amy oversaw the process after we got our mortgage offer - she was very reliable, phoning us regularly with updates and handling the situation for us when delays began to crop up. We had some difficulty with our solicitors and Amy's help dealing with this was an absolute blessing. The support we got from the whole team was invaluable from before we made our offer through to the day of completion. They were worth every penny and we are so grateful for their guidance. Thank you all so much!”
