“I have forgotten how I came across CLS Money But I’m glad I did. James, Amy, Victoria and the team excellent communicators. It took 8 weeks to complete the sale but could have done it in 5 weeks as the sellers solicitors were really slow to respond. Thank you to the whole team of CLS money. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Price was very reasonable. I will not be using anyone else other than CLS Money for my future mortgage deals.”

“I would highly recommend using CLS money. Worked really fast to get me an agreement in principle, then again with the mortgage offer. Very clear in what they needed and provided full service. Shane was my mortgage advisor and would highly recommend using him!! I wasn't sure I would get a mortgage and Shane made sure it went through as smoothly as possible!”

“After speaking with 2 different mortgage brokers, who unfortunately could not help my situation (low credit scores and buying property with my parents and husband), I came across CLS and spoke to a lovely lady, Kelly Stoneman and after explaining my situation, she was able to help me and found me a mortgage for the amount I needed and at a good interest rate. The communication was outstanding. She kept me up to date with everything, was very clear and helpful with what I had to provide. I can not recommend CLS and especially Kelly enough. She has been so helpful and so friendly throughout the whole process. Also, another lovely lady, Sian Moore, who helped me with the underwriters of the Mortgage, the process was quite quick. One very happy customer and I would use them in a heartbeat again.”

“My partner and I had Paul, Emma and Amy working on our case, words can’t describe how grateful we are to them! They worked their socks off to get our mortgage, we know it wasn’t a walk in the park for them as our situation wasn’t the easiest, but they never failed us!! They were absolutely amazing! Can’t thank them enough. Their determination and perseverance was second to non! An amazing team and we have recommended them to everyone we know. Thanks again Paul, Emma and Amy.”
