“I was very worried about getting a remortgage due to previous debt issues . George was fantastic reassured me that it was possible, kept me informed throughout . I was dubious at first about online as opposed to a face to face but the service I received excellent . Extremely professional.”

“Apologies this review is late. However, I must say, I had the best team at CLS Paul,Emma and Amy thank you so much for working so hard to get my mortgage approved and secured my property. A lot of brokers told me it will be difficult to get a mortgage. I remember emailing Paul and within hours he got my DIP. I bet he doesn’t understand how happy he made me that day, I had already given up hope in getting a mortgage, then came this amazing team. I will definitely recommend family and friends to CLS and I am also coming back😊😊. Thank you team and I hope you have a great New Years ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏”

“Although my mortgage went through quickly with no problems all the documents were completed and and we completed on the 21st of November 2022 we thought everything was done and told everything was done . 4 weeks later iv been contacted by cls and they are asking for another £550 as someone has made a mistake and asking me to pay for there mistake , in my opinion we completed on the 21st this should have been spotted then ..stay away”

“CLS have been so helpful setting us up with a mortgage and a solicitor, being first time buyers this is all new to us but the communication and speed has been fantastic! Having the app to be able to liaise and send documents made the process easy, Would definitely recommend them to anyone :) especially Andrew who has helped us through, understood our needs and gave us the information we needed.”

“The word complex or complicated doesn't exist for these guys!! They are magicians, who wave their wands and simply get things done. “My Wife and I decided to look for a remortgage. We tried to arrange one ourselves but because of issues, one of them being my age we decided to go through a Mortgage Broker. We decided to opt for CLS, in our opinion a wise decision as we read previous customer reviews. Rachael has been very supportive if there was an issue or question we knew we would be correctly advised . We cannot recommend this Company highly enough.”

“Why can't everything be this easy?! the whole team have been exceptional from beginning to end. My mortgage advisor Paul was always at hand to give me the best advice for my circumstances and was extremely knowledgeable given the current economic climate.
