“To say I was a little anxious about applying for a first time mortgage by myself was a bit of an understatement. But with the help and guidance from Emma at CLS, there was no need for me to worry in the slightly. Emma has been great throughout and carefully walked me through every stage of the application process. She was always on hand to answer any concerns I had along the way, and I always felt confident and assured that I was in safe hands! I was also helped out by Ryan and Ellen along the way, both of whom were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'd be more than happy to recommend all of them to anyone requiring help or advice with a mortgage. Thanks guys!”

“Emma has been looking after my case and she has been an absolute delight to work with! As a first time buyer, I was a complete novice to the mortgage world, but she has taken the time and care not only to explain things in great detail but also in a way which I could easily understand. “Could not be any more impressed with CLS money. From the beginning and our initial discussions with Ryan he filled us with so much positivity and was very professional. He got our MIP very quickly and everything ran smooth with that. Our case then got passed to Hannah o'bryan who I actually feel is a friend as we chatted every single day. She kept us updated every step of the way, went back and forward to the lender on our behalf so many time and nothing ever seemed to much hassle for her. She was amazing. Her communication during a difficult time was great she is a credit to the team. Due to lockdown our case was then passed to Emma Mitchell who again went above and beyond and could not be any more grateful for everything she has done to get us our offer. Again lots of backwards and forwards to the lender but she was happy to do what it took eventhough it was frustrating. Again we spoke like every day and she was more than happy to chat to me and she provided us with so much confidence throughour her support to us was amazing. We will be using CLS each time we need to remortgage as their service and more than anything their support to us as complete strangers has just been amazing and we are so grateful to all 3 of you!”

“To say our recent mortgage application process was complicated is an understatement, and it didn’t all go smoothly. However, I cannot fault CLS’s professionalism and helpfulness throughout. In particular towards the end when it was all quite stressful for us, Victoria was invaluable in getting it all followed up with the bank so a special thank you to her!”

“Absolutely fantastic work , Steve stuck with us throughout the best part of a year due to the pandemic holding us back and as soon as we found the right house he delivered everything as promised literally the best at what he does! “After trying to sort a mortgage since aug I was on the verge of losing are dream home after having a bad time with a previous broker! Due to adverse credit I was devastated after having 2 declines. I finally found cls money. From the point rachel found us a mortgage got me a d.i.p within a hour. Then Victoria made sure all are case was updated with documents to support and kept me infromed all the way threw. 4 months in and sian took over as my case manager she helped boost my case with documents that the lender may require and kept me sand. Today I finally recieved my offer!!!! I cant tell you how happy I am honestly it's a dream come true sian Victoria and Rachel have been absloutley amazing and are credits to their company I honesty cant thankyou all enough xxxx”
