“CLS Money has been a great help throughout my journey of purchasing my first property. I dealt with three members of their team—Caitlyn, Freya, and Chloe—all of whom provided excellent service. I was always kept in the loop about what was going on, and they helped me from start to finish. If I ever had any queries or was unsure about anything, they always responded swiftly and explained things clearly, so I had a good understanding of the process. “CLS Money are a trusted Mortgage / finance advisor.. I was having issues getting a mortgage, having spoke to son many other advisor for weeks. Once I got through to CLS money they were able to get me a mortgage offer with a much better rate than what the others were offering within a week. Thanks to them I have moved into my new home.”

“The team at CLS Money were knowledgeable, helpful and supportive during the whole process! This is the second time we have used CLS Money. Purchasing a new house can be stressful, but Lucy was constantly on hand to answer any questions and spent significant time in helping us find the right mortgage. “After having significant issues with mortgage applications via other brokers due to some credit report issues. CLS were able to help me quickly, efficiently and effectively and obtain a mortgage offer for me at a very competitive rate in just a few days. Rachel Marcucci and George Griffiths were my advisory team and they were absolutely brilliant. Dedicated to getting me the the right product from the get go and communicative and supportive every step of the way. The fees were higher than a lot of other brokers but CLS came through when others didn't and very much kept my house buying dream alive.”
