“Excellent service and so efficient. CLS Money has made the whole process of buying my flat stressfree and easy. The app they have to provide all information/documents is easy to navigate and it's great that you can send messages on there and get quick responses. I really appreciated receiving weekly updates on the legal aspects of the purchase. I would like to thank Amy, Kate and Frankie in particular, you all have been amazing and your customer service skills are top class! Thank you all again!”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. We required a mortgage pretty quickly and with credit issues which we thought was going to make it impossible, but CLS made it all happen! They work fast and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Couldn't fault them and would highly recommend to anybody.”

“These guys are worth there weight in gold, my case wasn't a particularly easy one with some past credit issues which Steve and his team easily dealt with and kept me updated every step of the way, I'd particularly like to say a massive thank you too Victoria F who kept me calm and handled my meltdowns when my mortage expired because of a delayed house build and we had to go through the whole process again in a limited time scale, she is an asset too CLS and I would not hesitate to reccomend too friends and family. Thanks Guys.”

“Despite not being able to achieve what I had hoped, my experience with CLS was very positive. In my view, it is when things are challenging that you see the quality of a service. James was very clear in communicating requirements, offers and possibilities but I would particularly like to highlight my relationship manager, Victoria Fortescue. She was responsive, reliable and helpful and dealt with all my enquiries very cheerfully. She represented the company extremely well and introduced a friendliness to what can be a very stressful experience. She is clearly an asset. Thanks to my experience with both James and Victoria, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CLS or to get in touch with James in the future for other enquiries.”

“We have now been using CLS money for 7 years and they have never let us down! we are now in the process of moving house and they have been so helpful again, answering all our questions, making everything simple and even recommending and assisting with extra services such as solictors, life insurance and home insurance. “My partner and I struggled to get a mortgage first time due to previous bad credit. I stumbled across CLS Money and I’m so happy that I did. Sue has looked after us every step of the way. Her genuine care, commitment and efficiency has been outstanding. Late night messages and calls, even on her days off to keep us up to date of every part of the process for us was the best customer service we have every experienced. I could not recommended Sue and CLS enough for all they have done for us. They helped us get something we had lost all hope in getting. Thank you so so much!”

“I literally cannot recommend Angela little and Emma Mitchell enough, both of these ladies have been absolutely AMAZING from start to finish…. Which wasn’t very long! Within less than one month they got me and my partner a mortgage offer which we was worried wouldn’t be possible due to a default but wow these ladies pulled it out the bag! If I could give a million stars I would because they went above and beyond and nothing was to much for them. So friendly and undoubtedly the best! Best start to the new year! Thanks ladies you are both amazing!”

“Just received my mortgage offer. It was handled really quickly and efficiently with minimum stress. I srarted a remortgage with the same lender by myself along side this and am still waiting for an appointment to do the application, whereas I have the offer for the mortgage which James organised. Well worth using CLS Money taking the hassle out of the application process.”

“CLS is Fantastic company for getting mortgage, They are great and friendly staff. After trying with several mortgage advisors it has been told me to wait over a year to build up my credit, I will get a mortgage and then told me I couldn't last minute I was getting very stressed. I then found CLS, my mortgage advisor was Tom and my case manager was Emma, and I am so glad I found them, they explained everything to me, they always responded quickly and also kept me up to date with every single step. After being told it was highly unlikely I would get a mortgage due to my bad credit, Tom started the application and I had a mortgage offer within 3 weeks! I would recommend this service to anyone. A company that prides itself on getting things right for the customer. ''Would highly recommend''”

“Ellis and Emma helped myself and my partner get a very good mortgage offer even though we were told by other companies it was not possible and would have to wait a year or two to build credit. Ellis and Emma were super quick and sufficient. Excellent communication - could not recommend CLS enough.”

“My experience with CLS money has been nothing short of exceptional, especially the services provided by Angela Little. She was absolutely amazing from day one and went the extra mile at every point. Other mortgage providers were all saying I couldn't get a mortgage and had to wait 12 months but she found her way in just under an hour while working late! Can't recommend her highly enough and will definitely be using them going forward.”
