“we were a bit sceptical to use a broker when looking for a mortgage but with out using cls money we wouldn't have got the house we wanted in our circumstance. from day one they were very helpful, friendly and made this such a stress free and easy process. anything that needed doing was handled by them quickly and professionally and always worked around us by email or phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would like to thank everyone involved in our mortgage process.”

“Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had a viewing of a property on Wednesday, and after an initial enquiry with four mortgage brokers on the Monday, only Fraser at CLS was proactive and got me my mortgage in principle on the Tuesday, before the viewing took place. I believe this helped me secure the property, and since then they've been there every step of the way, from securing the mortgage offer to helping the sale go through. Communication has been fantastic throughout, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you Fraser, Harley and Amy, and all the team who've all been friendly and helpful throughout every step!”
