“This is the second time that I have used CLS Money for my mortgage requirements and I have to say how professional and efficient their services have been on both occasions. My broker this time was Melissa Woolley and she has been brilliant at keeping me informed during the process at every step of the way. From first contact with Melissa to receiving a mortgage offer, it only took 12 days. For this level of service and the fees involved I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. “Really helpful - Caitlyn and Amelia were excellent. I really needed to use a mortgage broker as I'm self-employed and didn't know where to start with getting a mortgage. The whole process was quick and smooth. While some mortgage brokers don't charge fees to buyers, I do think the service I received in this case, particularly as a self-employed person, was worth it.”

“CLS helped me in the past when I was very dubious about using an online broker. When it came time to move again, it was a no-brainer to contact them first. Our agent, Melissa, was responsive, knowledgeable, and determined to find us the best deal. We continue to recommend CLS to anyone who will listen, but especially to those who are thinking of moving house.”

“Amazing service from start to finish. I didn’t have the best credit history, yet Charlie McEachern, worked so hard to find a lender that would support us. He was at hand to guide me through all the necessary stages to gain our mortgage in principle. Once passed over to Sian Moore, the same fantastic service continued. I was kept in form of each stage and development of the process. Guiding and assisting at each step up until the mortgage offer was approved. Nothing was too much trouble and every e Mail and text was answered swiftly and efficiently. A great service!”

“Absolutely fabulous service, made the process of applying for a mortgage and buying my first house so much easier. Steve Wand and Gemma Bentlry provided a top notch service and kept me informed of the progress at regular intervals, a thoroughly professional company to deal with and thanks to Steve my mortgage was accepted through a provider within 6 Days of contacting CLS Money, would highly recommend this company.”
