“Everyone we have dealt with at CLS money have been absolutely phenomenal. My partner and I are first time buyers and the team at CLS money have been so amazing at explaining everything to us throughout the whole process, and keeping us at ease with what would have otherwise been a very daunting experience. We especially want to mention Rachael and Erin, who have been our point of call with getting our mortgage... they’ve been incredible.”

“CLS Money were excellent from start to completion. At the beginning I dealt with Steve, who done my agreement in principle. He was unbelievably quick with everything. Then Victoria submitted my application and a week later brought tears to my eyes, when she called me with an offer. Amy was the one looking after me from then onwards and she was brilliant. The team succeed where 3 others failed. Thank you guys for everything ❤.”

“Jamie Selby has been fantastic in helping me to get my first mortgage. I didn’t think that it was going to be possible, but he managed it! I am very thankful for his unwavering positive attitude- massively helpful if you have a tendency to be overly pessimistic like me! Communication was great, which made me feel more confident during the whole process! Would definitely recommend!”

“I would like to thank you Amy Randall and your team for helping get through this tough time with managing and helping with all my enquires for the mortgage you and your team has provided me. Without any troubles the transaction went through with success and any problems we had along the way was dealt with rapidly. I would be choosing your company again for my next mortgage especially Ellis Uren who found me the mortgage. We completed on 21st May and I am happy as now we can decorate to our taste. “A big Thank you to Ellis and Racheal for your hard work securing the mortgages for our new BTL. The process has been handled with such high professsionalism and the communication from both of you has been excellent. From Initial Contact Ellis matched us with the best lender for our requirements within hours. The communication was clear, concise and replies to emails and questions within minutes. The CLS app was excellent allowing instant messaging with Ellis. Once we found the property, Rachael took over with the application process. Again Rachael handled the process with such high professionalism, and communication was excellent. Both Ellis and Rachael have gone above and beyond to deliver, answering every question, and making the process soo seamless and stress free. The Entire process from initial contact with CLS to survey to mortgage offer was completed within 4 weeks. Would of been sooner due to a slight delay of the lenders valuation. This is the 2nd time I have used CLS and they have delivered again. I have no doubt that within the comming months , I will be contacting CLS again to add to our BTL portfolio. I highly recommend CLS! Thank you!”
