“I was very happy with the level of service I received from start to finish with everyone I dealt with within CLS. They took the time to explain everything to me which was helpful as I was applying for my first mortgage which also put me at ease. This made the whole experience as stress free as possible. “I am extremely happy with the excellent service i received from Suzan Briscoe at CLS financial advice. She is highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Suzan is diligent with a very professional manor and friendly at the same time. She kept me up to date with regular emails and calls about the status of my application and was always easy to contact when i needed to speak to her and nothing was to much effort. Suzan found a great mortgage deal that suited my needs and went beyond by searching for solicitors and insurance quotes. The company was upfront about their fees and never had any hidden additional costs. I would definitely recommend CLS financial Advice and would definitely recommend Suzan Briscoe.”

“I was a first time buyer and looking to get a mortgage that suited me and my partner.. CLS took care of everything and gave us advice throughout the process up until the exchange of contracts. Once we was in the property the team still kept in touch to see how we was settling in.. The team couldn't have been more help, because of the great service We had. CLS have since helped my brother move house too!”

“We recently used CLS for a remortgage, having used them 2 years ago when we moved and received a fantastic service from start to finish. They found us a great 2 year rate and we incurred no extra costs for using their expertise. They went through all available deals to help us find what was best for our circumstances and helped with all the paperwork that had to be completed and sent off. A highly recommended company with friendly and helpful staff.”
