“I came across CLS through a Google search and after reading the reviews decided to make some enquiries. Ryan was appointed to arrange my mortgage and he service he has provided along with the rest of the team has been second to none. Ryan and his colleagues have been professional throughout and managed to find me a deal and get the ball rolling and get me an agreement in principle within 17 days...and now just over 1 month later I have my full mortgage offer! I cannot rate this company enough. The customer servive and organisation within the company is fantastic. I am very impressed and would highly recommend CLS for a first class expert service. Thanks Ryan”

“Wonderful company, got our deal sorted quickly, communication is brilliant and they keep you informed every step of the way. They put us in touch with a solicitor, surveyor and got everything sorted for us. They actually listened to what we needed and found a mortgage which reflects our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Ellis and the rest of the company. Thank you for making this as easy and hassle free as possible!”

“Amazing experience , application to offer 4 weeks . We had fantastic service from start to finish from Jamie Selby and Emma Mitchell both kept us updated throughout the whole process, nothing was to much trouble explained what was needed and when . Weekly calls were informative . It was great to have happy bubbly people at the end of the phone always happy to support update . Really made us confident from start to finish it was all doable . I can not recommend highly Definitely 5 star service Thank you both for making this happen. Trish and steve”
