“My experience with CLS money has been nothing short of exceptional, especially the services provided by Angela Little. She was absolutely amazing from day one and went the extra mile at every point. Other mortgage providers were all saying I couldn't get a mortgage and had to wait 12 months but she found her way in just under an hour while working late! Can't recommend her highly enough and will definitely be using them going forward.”

“My experience with CLS has been absolutely 5 star. Tom and Emma have both been fantastic, they provided a top notch service. Tom clearly explained the process and prices and managed my expectations very well. Everything took place just as I was advised that it would. They really do know their business. Both Tom and Emma were great at keeping in touch with me at all stages of the process. This was very much appreciated as it helped to ensure that it was a stress free process. “If there is one company that can justifiably say that the customer’s wish is their command, it is CLS Money. The team at CLS money provided my wife and I with the most efficient service when we contacted them to help broker two mortgages. They very quickly brokered two mortgages that met our needs and even when the current nature of the property market made it necessary to increase our borrowing and/or vary the terms they helped in this with understanding and professionalism. Dealing with Steve WAND was a breath of fresh air. He could not do enough for us! But so was Amy Randall and Victoria Fortescue. These three provided us with a five star service and are all a credit to their company and highly recommended. We are very grateful for the service they provided us.”

“I would like to thank Ryan and Gemma, I am still waiting for my mortgage approval but in the meantime when ever i have any doubts in documents queries ,they reply so quick via their cls apps, not like other mortage brokers takes so long and never reply properly, but with this CLS MONEY sometimes in few minutes they reply mostly that's relives me alot,I never get to see them but via apps we are connected 😊 so quick response in any enquiries also ryan he is very polite calm explaining bits by bits through mortgage procedure, Gemma even though when I ask silly documents queries she replies polite I like their good responding manner, am happy with their service 😊 can recommend to anyone”

“I contacted CLS because of the type of building that I was trying to get a mortgage in. I was contacted by Sue, who immediately made me feel at ease, and comfortable with something that I had absolute no idea about. I have asked some of the stupidest questions going, but they were always answered with a laugh from both of us. From paying my initial fee (which was a bargain at 50% off on Black Friday), my mortgage offer was issued exactly 2 weeks later. I was kept up to date on what was happening constantly, even if it was just to be told there was no update. I will definitely be recommending Sue, and everyone at CLS Money to friends in the future. Thanks again for all of your help!”

“Tom Duncan and Rachael Marcucci helped me throughout the mortgage application process. Right from the time Tom got in touch the entire process was carried out in a very quick, professional and friendly manner. it was a total of 3 weeks from my initial chat with Tom, starting from getting an AIP to the mortgage offer coming through. I am ever so grateful to Tom and Rachael for their amazing support and hand holding me as a first time buyer. I was kept updated every step of the way, provided a clear list of requirements, everyone knows what they are doing - very slick in their approach. The app is a great secure way of getting in touch with the team , useful for uploading documents securely. The price is a bargain , very reasonable price for the service. Got a black Friday deal so loved it even more ! I whole heartedly recommend CLS money to all those who are looking for a trusted and professional mortgage broker. Given that I rarely write reviews, the team absolutely deserve a massive thank you and well done. Best part is getting to know the cheerful group of people who don't let stress get to you. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.”
