“To be honest, CLS/Blueline Mortgage has been extremely supportive and professional throughout the journey with our Mortgage application. Although we started off working with Daniel Kenna, who was extremely helpful and patient. However, he left the company and Oliver Baker came to the rescue like a Superhero. Myself and my partner would like to thank Daniel Kenna, Oliver Baker and Amy Randall and Emma Mansell for there continue support and also going above and beyond to help us with our Mortgage. Now we are a happy Family who cannot stop laughing out loud.”

“Absolutely fantastic! Would like to thank Ellis for never giving up and finding us the mortgage we required for buying our first house. The communication has been brilliant with weekly calls informing us of how the process is going with the solicitors. Highly recommend for first time buyers.”

“Always warmly received with an offer of tea or coffee. Queries and problems are quickly dealt with. A private room is found. I always find a parking space too. I find that I’m happy to do business there.”

“Having been laughed out of a number of high street banks, I had all but resigned myself to the fact I’d never get a mortgage. In a last ditch attempt, I decided to research brokers for people in Debt Management Plans, like myself, and came across CLS Money. I initially dealt with Ellis, who gobsmacked me by getting an agreement in principle with a high street lender at a great rate, less than 24 hours after our first conversation. I trusted her implicitly when she encouraged me to go ahead and put an offer in on our dream home, and assured me every step of the process. She was fantastic. I was then looked after by Olivia, who is probably the most patient woman I’ve ever known! She worked tirelessly to ensure our application, valuation and subsequent offer went as smoothly as possible. This process has been very nerve wracking for me and I kept expecting to fall at each hurdle – I genuinely couldn’t have done this without Olivia’s guidance, support and seemingly endless patience. I’m now in a position I never dreamed I’d be in – with a full mortgage offer and a beautiful home to look forward to. I genuinely believe this wouldn’t have been possible without CLS Money. Both Ellis and Olivia are complete assets to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CLS Money to anyone, no matter what their circumstances.”

“My experience with CLS Money has been 100% positive throughout dealing with my mortgage application. It has made the experience of obtaining a mortgage so much easier and I will definitely be using them again in the future if I need any mortgages or advice. Daniel Kenna was able to source me a great deal mortgage, and kept me up to date every step of the way. Olivia Baker and Amy Randall have also been great after the mortgage has been secured with setting up home insurance and keeping the process ticking over. Thanks again for all your help!”
