“As a first time buyer, they were amazing, informative and helpful. Dealt with Paul primarily and further down the line, Megan as well, they were both amazing and could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend for mortgage advisor.”

“We have been with CLS for almost 2 years. Highly recommend using this company, they take out all the stress of looking for the right deal. Super friendly and they literally go above and beyond their call of duty as mortgage brokers. Frankie Butt and Melissa Woolley have been especially impressive. Their knowledge is second to none. Their response time is excellent too, every question or concern they are there to help. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Melissa has been incredibly helpful and supportive in securing our new mortgage deal and got a better rate than going direct. I cannot praise these guys enough - 5 star from our family thank you!”

“Luke was amazing from the first point of contact - he answered all my questions and looked at lenders other advisors don’t seem to have access to. He reassured and explained the process to me clearly. We had a little issue with a slight down valuation of the property I am purchasing (nothing to do with Luke or Amelia) but he explained all my options. Amelia kept me up to date with all the admin side and again reassured me. The price for the service from both Luke and Amelia was more than reasonable and I know other people going through the process who have paid a much higher fee for much poorer service! Thanks Luke and Amelia and if I ever need any mortgage assistance in the future I wouldn’t even look elsewhere!”

“After being knocked back by High Street lenders and my own bank, I got in touch with Paul at CLS Money and within a couple of hours we had the ball rolling on a mortgage offer for the amount I needed. Communication has been excellent throughout and the aftercare even once the mortgage was agreed has been second to none. I'd highly recommend CLS Money to anyone needing a mortgage broker.”

“I cannot recommend Gemma and Sian enough throughout the process of getting my mortgage offer. They've been unbelievably helpful and explained every process so I knew exactly what was happening and understood it every step of the way. For a young person like myself getting a mortgage on their own it can be extremely difficult and stressful and Gemma & Sian made sure I had the best experience possible. Thank you very much. I Highly recommended.”
