“This was the broker who did not stutter, cough, mumble or flinch from finding a mortgage for a 75 and 69 year old pair. Several other brokers offering later life mortgages did not do what it said on the tin! From an initial enquiry to determine if a mortgage was possible, then establishing what was actually needed, our broker found us a good deal, but later kept looking and came back with a much better deal. When our criteria changed with a change of purchase, this was dealt with patiently. Worth noting the structure of the CLS approach: the broker finds the mortgage to an offer in principle, a second then handles the application and paperwork for the formal offer, then finally a third colleague monitors the legal process to completion. We have no hesitation in recommending CLS for your financial needs.”

“Buying a house is wonderful as it is stressful. The whole team at Cls was magnificent from the 1st phone call up to now when we are almost there!
