“The team at CLS Money dealt with my re-mortgage requirements and were outstanding and professional throughout. They were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The process was quick and easy with very little work required from me. I was kept updated at each stage of the process and it was all completed within a month. An amazing team (especially Fraser, Amy and Sarah), I cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them.”

“Believe the hype! A less than easy case and CLS have been amazing. From our initial phone conversation with Paul I was very sceptical of what CLS said they could deliver. We were turned away by so many others before and now we have secured a mortgage offer and are moving to our dream house! Everyone on the team has been more than helpful and I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks CLS!”

“I’ve dealt with Fraser, Harley and now Amy all of which have been fabulous. Fraser spent plenty of time going through options and exploring the right mortgage for me, as a first time buyer it was daunting going into my first appointment but he really made me feel at ease. Harley has been super helpful too. I’ve dealt with Amy recently and she has regular communication and always happy to help. You’ve all been amazing!”

“Good firm, very informative though was not fully up to date on all mortgage products available Got confusing with advisors being switched for no understandable reason Found us the right product and liased will with proof of info and got us the rate we were after Still waiting to move in, a little more up to date info would be nice to be kept in the loop as the last bit we were advised, we were already informed by the solicitors they recommended”

“As a first time buyer Fraser and his team have been very helpful for us, removing much of the anticipated stress of buying a property. Despite finding a property which then fell through, CLS were able to help us easily with solicitors, surveys and advice. These were all easily transferred to our new property with no hassle. “Had a difficult time getting a mortgage from most places - couldn't even get a call back due to my credit. Ellis at CLS called me back straight away, talked me through and got me several potential providers to use. From there on I was informed every step of the way. Everything could be e signed which I liked as I haven't got to wait for the snail mail to arrive! Olivia took care of all the paper work etc, and again I was informed all the way along. Once everything was in place, I got to speak to Amy who again was very helpful! They were all very patient, if I missed their calls - they emailed me which a lot of the time was easier for me with being at work etc. CLS really do go out of their way to help you! Will definitely be going straight to CLS for any future mortgages! Thanks Ellis, Olivia and Amy!”

“AMAZING! I am so pleased that I found their number whilst frantically searching the internet! Everyone is so helpful at CLS Money, always ready to help, nothing was ever too much to ask and I was updated on my mortgage application process every step of the way. I can’t thank CLS Money enough, especially Paul and Emma, without their help we wouldn’t have got our dream home! “I recently contacted CLS based on their positive reviews on the internet when i was looking to remortgage my property. I was called by James Alabaster there who took a thorough qualification of my current situation and what i was trying to achieve. He quickly established a lender that he felt would be able to meet my demands and submitted an application the next day. Within 3 weeks of first speaking to James we had exchanged and remortgaged and funds were released. James always kept us up to date and made sure he got as much information from us so that he could position it with the lender in the best possible way. I will 100% be using CLS again in the future.”
