“After finding out our previous broker had "left the company" and that our mortgage had been declined, and there were no other options, we were about to give up. Until we spoke to Sue at CLS money. She listened with compassion, and took time to really understand US and what we wanted to do before getting all of our requirements and financial information together. We had a new DiP in less than 2 hours. Within 2 days we went from being at rock bottom watching a house slip away, to having and accepting a great (under the current economic environment) Mortgage offer. Simply astonishing! Amazing service, from everyone at CLS at every stage. We would not hesitate to recommend CLS to anyone looking for a Mortgage. Thank you all so, so much.”

“They did it for us, Paul was amazing, searching for a lender as we are both self employed and of older years, being in our sixties,, he came up with a fantastic mortgage, all this without any stress, just total communication virtually everyday with updates. So ask for Paul as I’m sure he will do his utmost along with Victoria to help. All I can say is thank you paul and Victoria for a great job at CLS. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a mortgage.”

“Used another broker a year ago for a buy to let remortgage which was unsuccessful, our case wasn’t straight forward so we thought it was never gonna happen. After reading customer reviews on CLS , 1 customer had a similar situation to us and was unsuccessful with the same company that we was unsuccessful with, Gave me some hope so I thought I’d give it another go. From my 1st phone call with James I began to feel optimistic and reassured but at the same time I was never given any false hope. All staff that dealt with our case were helpful and friendly and constantly keeping me updated through phone, voicemail or email as I’m not the easiest to get hold of , I didn’t make their job easy , application was successful and all completed stress free. I would like to say a final thank you to all the staff that helped with our application, James, Sophie, Victoria and Amy. I would definitely recommend this company 😊”

“Lucy Franklin & Gemma Bentley have been absolutely brilliant. Lucy has always responded to emails, even if outside of work hours showing her dedication to the role. They have both been available at the end of the phone even for the smallest of questions and nothing is too much to them. They're both brilliant ladies, and we couldn't thank them enough for their help. This is the first house me and my partner are buying together, and so far the process has been smooth and straight forwards and Gemma and Lucy have been brilliant at answering the 101 questions we have. Thank you again.”

“I used this company last year as we struggled to find a mortgage. CLS found us one straight away and made it so easy for us. We dealt with Ellen a lot who was brilliant. The fee was quite high to get the mortgage but the are specialist if you have poor credit. We are about to re mortgage and CLS contacted me to say we are coming to the end of our mortgage and would they like us to look into it which they did and it was all sorted with a couple of days. This time we dealt with Leanne who was absolutely fab and also lovely. She made it so stress free. They already had our details so we didn’t really have to do much apart from send some up to date wage slips and it was only £99 to switch mortgages. I couldn’t recommend this company enough especially if you’re struggling to find a mortgage.”

“The team have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish: big thanks to Paul, Emma, and Amy for making my home ownership dream a reality - despite awful credit. I was able to literally get the best rate on the market that no other mortgage broker could obtain. Will highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
