“We required a multiple persons mortgage for 3 purchasers who had saved and were careful with credit expenditure and particularly careful with sharing personal info on the web. This however doesn’t serve the current expectation of high credit scores absolutely necessary for applying for a mortgage. Caitlyn of CLS however, busted this conundrum on our behalf and managed to find and secure a mortgage for us which turned around in 4 days (only!) after the application went in. Her encouragement and professionalism and dedication to our cause was second to none. Our heartfelt thanks to Caitlyn and Sian and the team for making it all possible!!!”

“Amy & Emma were both brilliant. I had dealt with people previously in this company who were very slow to reply/didnt bother. But both Emma & Amy have restored my faith in CLS. Our case was complicated and they dealt with it with patience and were happy to jump on the phone to explain anything I did not understand or need to do.”

“Sue, Ellen & Gemma were an absolute joy to work with and helped us through a sticky moment with such professionalism. I cannot fault them. They really took the time to listen and learn about our situation which was incredibly reassuring. Going above and beyond seems to be their standard. “I was having trouble getting a mortgage on a freehold flat, my original mortgage broker let me down and didn’t follow things through properly. So I tried CLS and it was a whole different ball game - right from the start Frankie was on the case and got things moving fast, and in combination with Megan was able to get me a successful mortgage application in and approved. Frankie was able to get the approval pushed through quicker than expected, which was incredibly helpful to me, communication was great with phone calls and emails at every stage. I can’t fault the customer service and would recommend CLS, Frankie and Megan to anyone needing mortgage advice.”

“Amazing service. Caitlyn and Sian have been so helpful through the whole process. I had tried to remortgage the property before but found it difficult as our property is next to a pub. Caitlyn found a lender willing to lend to us. Due to work commitments I wasn’t also easy to contact on the phone but the messaging service through the secure app made it so much easier.”

“Frankin, Megan and Leanne assisted me with home mover mortgage. The application was quite tricky as I had only started a temp position but also were able to source a lender who would take benefits as primary income. The team kept in regular contact with me and took all the stress from the application. I would highly recommend CLS”

“We came to CLS needing help finding an HMO mortgage with good interest rate in a challenging market. The communication with James and Victoria was great and they ensured I had all the information I needed and always responded promptly. “Lucy Franklin was absolutely brilliant, personable, professional, informed at every stage. Felt like I was being supported by a friend and really worked to broker me a deal in desperate circumstances due to failings by others.
