“I cannot recommend CLS Money enough. The team here were so helpful and friendly and really simplified the process for us. Clayton handled our initial enquiry - we really appreciated that he responded to us quickly, thoughtfully, and encouragingly. Charlotte was our mortgage broker, she was knowledgeable and approachable - as well as being really kind and patient while answering lots of questions about the process for us. Sian dealt with our application, she was professional, friendly, and kept us updated throughout. Amy oversaw the process after we got our mortgage offer - she was very reliable, phoning us regularly with updates and handling the situation for us when delays began to crop up. We had some difficulty with our solicitors and Amy's help dealing with this was an absolute blessing. The support we got from the whole team was invaluable from before we made our offer through to the day of completion. They were worth every penny and we are so grateful for their guidance. Thank you all so much!”

“Really good service from start to finish. Lost our mortgage lender back in December 2020 due to issues with local council purchasing our property back. Called up and from start to finish they have gone above and beyond. Moved 5 months later and these guys have been great want to thank Ryan , Emma and Amy and all the crew who helped us thanks guys will be using you again and recommending you too.”

“Just received my mortgage with the aid of CLS broker Jamie Selby. I never prepared myself enough for my mortgage application. But CLS brokers were able to offer their assistance and matched me with a suitable high street lender even in my situation. The entire process was also really quick, and if not for any delay with my valuation my mortgage would have taken a week to be approved. Thank you once CLS and Jamie Selby.”

“I have spoken to CLS Money over the last couple of years regarding finance for an extension on a non-standard construction house. Steve Wand and Victoria Fortesque were amazing in finding me a lender who would support us with terms we were very happy with. Victoria kept me informed at every stage of our application and helped me when things weren't going as smoothly as we hoped. The upshot is that our application has been approved, and we are well on our way to having the house we dreamed of. Thanks CLS Money :)”

“Angela Little has been fantastic throughout this process. We had unsuccessfully tried to agree a Let to Buy and residential mortgage with retail banks - who were unable to offer us a mortgage as we had lived in the property we were seeking to let, placing our potential purchase at risk. Angela managed to get a decision in principle on both our Let to buy, and a residential mortgage for our purchase within 1 business day. Importantly she was very clear about the limited panel of lenders that could make our specific transaction work, and probably more importantly was reassuring throughout that there were viable solutions to our problem. I can honestly say that I don't think we'd have been in a position to move had we continued trying to resolve the challenges by ourselves . In addition both she and the team that have supported since the decision in principles have been agreed have been lovely to deal with. Throughout our purchase we have had a number of challenges, and Angela has always gone above and beyond to resolve them for us - liaising with both estate agents and solicitors for us to minimise the amount of work we need to do. While the service has obviously incurred a cost, the value we have had for our money - particularly in light of our challenging circumstances - has been unparalleled compared to any other professional service I've dealt with in a property or financial transaction.”

“Absolutely thrilled with the service we’ve received from CLS Money. We had a bad experience with a different company and broker, and had waited weeks without sight of a decision in principle (DIP). Then, I found CLS online and made an enquiry - I spoke to Andrew (Barcham) on the Friday afternoon, and by the following Monday a decision in principle had landed in my inbox! Both Andrew and Victoria (Fortescue) went above and beyond to ensure that the process in us obtaining both our DIP and final offer ran as smoothly as possible. Victoria called on a regular basis to keep us updated, and gave us fair and realistic timescales on when we might expect the lender to do x, y and z. We didn’t feel as though we had to chase or request an update, as Victoria was absolutely on top of things. We couldn’t be happier that we went with CLS, and we will 100% be using them again in the future. The fees may be more expensive than elsewhere, but, in our opinion, with the service we’ve received it’s a huge value for money. A huge thank you to both Andrew and Victoria for everything over the last few months!”

“Unfortunately we’ve not had a good experience with CLS. We were promised the mortgage would be accepted within 6 days and it’s now been 9 weeks and we are still waiting. We have been told there is a backlog of applications and it can’t be escalated as they won’t deal with it. We are constantly being harassed by the people we are buying from and concerned they may now pull out of the sale. We were hoping to get this all sorted by the time the stamp duty holiday ends however they now can’t assure this will be the case. Unfortunately we won’t be able to afford the extra money if we do have to pay stamp duty. They ask for so much information then you have to wait for 8 days for a response then they ask for more and more and it feels like you are just going round in circles. We will be paying a lot in broker fees and yet I don’t feel we’ve had a good enough service. We don’t seem to matter and we just get told there is nothing they can do we just have to wait. It’s been a stressful 9 weeks and until we sign on the dotted line I won’t be able to relax.”

“Just a quick thankyou to Jamie Selby - so happy! As a customer with less than amazing credit I didn't think i would be able to access any good mortgage deals or even get a mortgage at all! However, Jamie prepared my application, was quick to respond and support. Today I got my mortgage offer & am over the moon!!! Customer Service - excellent!!! Yes the price is more expensive; BUT, you get what you pay for! Great deal, great service & most of all - speed. Thankyou again!”

Each time we needed an update, she was coming to us before we needed to chase, and has done all she could to escalate when needed. For all of the messages we sent, she was always happy to help. “An overall great experience with CLS (and Rachael as my broker). I liked that it's a tech-savvy broker that uses a mobile app to manage the ongoing conversation and exchange of documents. Making an application as a self-employed business owner has its challenges and other brokers (Habito, L&C) turned me away rather quickly. CLS rose to the challenge and was able to secure a mortgage with solid terms. Really grateful that they put in the time and effort to make a life-goal come true.”
