“I am so happy I came across CLS, they are absolutely worth every penny! We were allocated Charlie as our advisor, from first point of contact he was superb. He took the time to understand our concerns and look at the various options. He was so patient and reassuring and explained everything thoroughly to ensure we understood and were making an informed decision. Victoria, Charlie's administrator was equally fantastic and super friendly and efficient. I was (unnecessarily) really worried about the outcome of our application and she was really reassuring and provided lots of updates quickly to help put my mind at ease. If I could give 10 stars for the both of them I would. If you are allocated Charlie and Victoria you are really lucky, trust them and the process, they are the fantastic!”

“If you are lucky enough to have Sue Bruns organising your mortgage, you are guaranteed to get nothing short of complete dedication to finding the best possible mortgage offer. We felt reassured and supported from start to finish and I cannot thank Sue and Gemma enough for changing out life. We are forever grateful. If you have historical defaults and have been told high street lenders are not an option, think again as Sue and Gemma helped us secure a mortgage with the best lender on the high street at an amazing rate. “I had a complicated transaction for transferring a personal property into a company and CLS pulled it off. their follow on care and liaison with the solicitors guaranteed it to complete. There were so many issues that arose and with Amy's help and support and keeping on top of the solicitors we were able to do it on the last day of the deadline of the mortgage offer. I have upmost confidence with Amy and CSL to get complicated transactions done, I will definitely use them again.”
