“CLS one word LEGENDS. No Time wasting, serious about what they say. From start to finish they are amazing help I got from Gemma, Sian ,Ellen and Amy was outstanding. Every time I called CLS they would answer with so much politeness. Explained everything nice and easy. Thanks again for the help for me getting a mortgage.”

“Some years ago we met Clayton and he and his team were amazing, helping us buy our dream home and sort out buy-to-let mortgages in a hurry for a couple of rentals. “Until 21st August when Hannah took over our case I honestly didn't think we would ever get our mortgage. We were let down and left extremely frustrated lacklustre service leaving us extremely stressed. Thankfully when Hannah took over she gave 100% into getting our application completed, she is a credit to your company and has restored my faith in people's commitment to there jobs and doing what they say they will. If only she had been dealing with our case several months ago, there would have been less sleepless nights and not as many grey hairs.”

“We've used CLS for two separate mortgages over the last 5 years. Most recently working with Victoria who was super helpful getting us the best mortgage that met our financial circumstances. Victoria was always very responsive over email and phone calls and managed expectations throughout the process. Our mortgage came through last week as agreed and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend CLS again. Great customer service and smooth process. Thanks”

“So our journey began with Ellis who was understanding focused and sorted us a mortgage out quicker than we expected. She passed us on to Hannah O’Bryan who has been unbelievable. She is also understanding, professional, kind and above all extremely good with people. She got back to us straight away, updated us when needed and dealt with difficult conversation with compassion. She is a complete asset to your company. During our mortgage offer going through our credit scores went up and we were worried to ask if we could look at a better mortgage deal. I didn’t need to worry Hannah completely understood and got back in to Ellis who saved us £200 a month with nationwide. Couldn’t be happier than the service that has been provided. Customer service from one person can make an individual judge the whole company positively or negatively. And in this case it’s obviously positive x keep the good ones they’re hard to find x Amy roles”

“After we used CLS property to sell our home who were also fantastic I also accepted to speak with James one of the brokers. As I had already been speaking to a broker I wasn't too fussed and told him as such. However he has been extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions or queries I've raised calling me straight back and never having to wait. I decided to use them also not just because he's in the same building as Katie (Estate agent) making life easier but because he is so quick to answer and resolve issues whereas my first broker I would often wait for long periods before getting a response which was frustrating. James sorted us out the ideal mortgage for us which was then passed to Sian to handle to follow on tasks. She called and emailed at every step so we never felt ignored or that we didn't know what was going on. Mortgage has now been offered and all is going smoothly. Top class customer service all round from CLS. Will now be our go to mortgage broker service, as they have made it pretty much stress free. Many thanks again”

“I contacted CLS one morning out of pure luck as our dreams were shattered by a previous individual broker. Paul Merrett got in touch within minutes of me submitting my query and reassured me that they can help.. i was needy and his patience and professionalism was second to none.. it all went from there really. I was passed on to Emma Mitchell an absoutle angel and delight to work with. I would contact her daily bless her applying the pressure and nothing was ever to much for her, even if there was no change half hour later lol. Applying for a mortgage through this pandemic was challenging, time consuming and stressful and I never ever thought we’d get there but all thanks to Ems and her positive attitude friendly ways and reassurance, we have & I am sitting here in my empty current living room writing this review with the hope to complete very soon. If you’re like me, left with no hope please contact Paul Merrett & Emma Mitchell at CLS money today, you have nothing to loose. We are on cloud 9 and I will never be able to thank you enough.
